DISTRACTION is often that thing that takes our focus away from what is important.

This week: Divine Decisions
Many people struggle to make any decisions due to fear of failure which leads to many people missing out on God’s best for their life!
Example: “the illusion of perfection”
(Social media - everyone else’s highlight reel vs. your everyday messy life)
Huffington Post
The go-to motto for advertisers used to be Sex Sells.
Perhaps that saying still holds true-for the younger crowd.
But for the over fifties advertisers are hitting a new nerve—there’s a new motto in town—Perfection Sells.
But here’s the deal, or at least what I have discovered to be true for me: Perfection is just an illusion and attempting to achieve it is unhealthy, because it creates feelings of failure and inadequacy.
God’s perfect will—Afraid of imperfect or mistakes!
(Many live with the allusion that things will always be perfect and that there will never be a struggle)
My sister Kathy: “If you stay in Mount Morris, you’d be doing God’s will; If you move to Branson, you’d be doing God’s will because you’re doing God’s Work!”
Sometimes we ask God; “Tell me what to do!” but what He really wants to do is give us wisdom to decide.
When Solomon became king:
Didn’t ask wealth, riches, honor, long life, death enemies—Wisdom rule.
We’ve all said:
If I knew then—what I know now.

“Show me your Friends and I’ll show you your future”

Newton’s Law of Motion
An object at rest stays at rest and an object in motion stays in motion at a constant speed and direction unless acted upon by an unbalanced force.
Paul said: “wherever I go”
What do you need to do?
2. Ask
You know everything—(Hero) You don’t know anything—(Don’t get it.)
You might know something—Turned into my parents.
Example: teaching Isaac to ride his bike - rails to trails in Star City (I ran along side of him the whole time)
3. Decide
Daniel-san, must talk.
Walk on road.
Walk right side, safe.
Walk left side, safe.
Walk middle, sooner or later, get squish, just like grape.
Myagi.

Move - Ask - Decide
Where there is no moral command—God gives you wisdom to choose.
Love and trust—You decide!
Paul didn’t have a “Thus sayeth the Lord experience”
Make a decision - Sometimes you might make a mistake = Wisdom!

I ask you the same question: Do you trust him?
