Chosen

Let me see. Papa. Time to listen to you. Now I'm by the moose. In Jesus name the media privilege to be here this morning and just sharing with you what the Lord has a place in my heart. So this morning we are going to chosen. Okay? Chosen in the verse that I just wanted to read them with me and it's just a little spark. The last part. The last part of the first it is in Matthew 20:16. So hopefully, we can at the bottom. Okay. It is for many are called, but few are chosen and we repeat it again for the many are called. But few are chosen. One is chosen. I think we are talking about something selections of something that is getting exciting. So, I was thinking, all of a sudden that this year, we have already started hiding on TV several awards that had been on TV program, okay? And I'm talking about the back of that with the word and actually a very soon, we are going to have the Oscars Any of you have ever seen any of these programs where these you dislike of the world trying to recognize and a word, the very best people in different situations. For example, in cinematography in science and music in the discipline and organization of these events do is that they go through all the different things that these people have done, and they select the best of the best. And, you know, that to go ahead with a and the selections that you nominations. And even the people that are nominated to, this events are getting rid of really, really excited. Because they are going to be just they're going through the red carpet, getting into the place where they are going to be. And it's about thinking about the dress, and the gown and everything that they are going to be using. So even if they do not win, I mean, they all scarred or they are worried that we are talking about just the simple fact that they are going to be part of that nomination, that they have been considered that they have waited their work and they said, the grade you are going to be part of this nomination, it is a huge privilege. It is just amazing for people thinking that they have been taken into consideration, okay? And that's how I mean, all these people are being awarded, there are not only a word in regards to music or movies or films. Barrels for work that are. For example day Nobel Prize, or they alter a word that is for those discoveries medical treatment that had been the most advanced and there are words like a free sample, the world price. That recognizes people that they do things. Agra culture. So there's a sort of planes that have been evaluated and their prices for most of them. So even for example, Whoever has won the, the Beast of the Nobel Prize in peace. I think that's all that is a huge thing because they are recognized as the most influential person in the whole world, to be a word with these prestigious hour. So this is a big, big deal. Okay. So, when I was choosing about this puppies, I was thinking about how hard I mean, it's just amazing just to think about them being you. So mine is just nominated for something like this. WOW. But what we are going to be talking about today is a different selection, at least bring sort of award in an hour that it is so amazing that this award has connotations. Eternal life. Okay. Eternal here on Earth not just for one year, not just for us, isn't it has connotations of Eternity. So that makes I mean really really important in a privilege for us. So if you are here this morning or if you are listening online or later, I have some use for you because you aren't, we all have been chosen. Okay. So somehow we are in the nomination Park and well, it will depend on us if we want to accept their word or not, but the good news is that we all are in the nominations for the awards and the work, they are worth. And I'm talking about is exactly eternal life Jade, some thinking about that. We now, you know, I know that we have been chosen well for what or choosing to do or do What and he is, where the importance of, what we are going to review, this is not going to be any new information for most of us who had been Christian for a long. So I really wanted to have this verse because we are going to choose from. Very few other words that we will study more. So here is the list of thing we were talking about chosen chosen to do and he has chosen to be Lord chose him to be saved. Chosen for Holiness chosen to call friends of Jesus shows him to be quickness and chosen to bear fruit. In a nutshell, this has been a message of Jesus when he came to the Earth. Okay. So this is a good refresh for those this morning, but again, hopefully someone will just realized how amazing is to be chosen. Okay, so if we go then to the first one, chosen to be. Let me tell you something. If you have ever thought that you wanted to know about Jesus that you wanted to be Christian, that you wanted to know God that you wanted to, I mean, come closer to him. Let me tell you something else. It was not you wanted that. It was the Lord who had already chosen you. Okay. So it is that he loved us first. Even when we haven't even been born, just yet. He knew about us. He had loved us. He had a plan. He had a port. Okay, so that is a good news for us because he's not that we wanted to get to know him. She had already in mind, something for each one of us. So I would like to be a very specific about this and these particular Bears first of John 4:19 Willow because he first loved us, And I don't know how many of us are how many views I mean when the Lord hold you for the first time and you get to go to know the Lord, you wearing a situation where you felt like a broken vessel, okay? I mean, I mean it's just simply I mean it's important but I mean the love of God is like an eclipse. Everything else. Okay. So we never feel unloved again. Yes. We still need the love of our family and friends but the love of God feel absolutely everything. So

We were talking about how this election is for the nominate, okay? We were talking about that. The world uses the very best of the people in this election that we are reviewing. Today is different because something that the Lord does is that he doesn't look for the people that are doing the best of the best of the ordinary in the best shape, or form for the people that are broken, the people that are the weakest, the poor the sick, he's looking for someone where he's going to transform and that is the most important message that I really want you to get today because the power that I see how to transform life is exactly what will make a difference in. I would like for us to be able to receive the word of life.

Thing is to be chosen to be there to know that the Lord of God is there for us and that he has chosen us in a moment when our life or the word situation was not in perfect shape, it was not the best we were suffering, may be in despair but the love of God makes it completely different. So for you to know that you have been chosen, well I mean. He's really good news because the power of His transformation in our life is going to do everything. Okay? Show me, show me something to be sent. So he has chosen and we are going to be an important and we need to start by believing in him. We need to start for understanding his love. We need to start by realising cookies. And the things that he has done for us and you know that in a John 3:16 Says, for God. So loved the world that he had gave his only son that whoever believes in him should not perish but have eternal a real truth. That is like to know that she came and he's only purpose was for us to be saved for those to be transformed for us to be New Creation, a new creatures. And that is exactly what the Lord wants from it, from each of one of us by doing that, transforming old old nature. He is preparing us for that red carpet, a red carpet goes, well, above in heaven. We were talking this morning about how the worship is and just imagine, I mean, I was just picturing this image when Mention about how the angels have been singing and worshiping the Lord for so many. I mean, fraternity actually, I mean for the moment that you are working towards that place in the middle of that worships when you are going to receive not an Oscar Norman audio Noir. Box. Nothing like that but there's something even more important. Okay. The crown of life. So imagine for the moment just you and me working there that you had been nominated that you were chosen. Not because you were the best or but because the power of the Lord have made a wonderful transformation in our life and we have been chosen to be safe, we have been chosen to be there to achieve what the Lord wanted for us to be in the very, very prescient. Of the Lord of things sometimes and healing our beloved UK. When people get on a prestigious award or something, they have a queen and how, I mean even pictures and everything, because they are there and receiving sometimes, I mean things like this. Imagine for us, I mean, receiving the greatest a word about, I mean, by the Lord, by our King being in his own presence. You know, that we cannot see the Lord, because we are, I would die, right? Because his presence is amazing, is huge. We are human. We cannot see God and leave, but when we are going to be there, he's present will be just bad.

now he needs another point, we have been chosen for holding And for holiness. I don't want you to start thinking that. Oh yeah, the Lord wants me to be a holy person in the sense of I will be working with my halo around or my wings like angels and I will be behaving. Well, yes of course. I mean the Lord wants us to be holy and do the picture that we have a whole. He's like that at me with a Halo about when the Lord thinks about I would holding it is been a part of the transformation that he needs to do in our life. Because when we became become knowledgeable about the Lord house saying how holy he and his Holy Spirit and the words that he does and how he came, and only things I would life can be, can be the same. I would, like, we will never, ever, ever feel the same because his holy spirit reveals to us, it's like that's something that we hardly know what I saw one of the following vanishes and we cleared completely clearly. And when we come to that realization about what the Lord does, and who he is and how much he lost? Well, I would like me to start showing. Did he friends and he was start changing our old nature, the things that we did, the things that we said the things some of the behaviors may be, people had addictions, maybe people used to have a language. That was not exactly appropriate in in, in many circumstances. Maybe we were just dating or having a hard for you or the food of all sorts of things or just maybe I would life was so insecure that we couldn't do any that we were not able to relate with other people or did we were not even able to do our basic things. The Lord is getting through our journey of transformation, he will start making those changes for us. He's not, he's not going to say. Now, you need to stop eating too much.

And because of the Lord in your life is so amazing to start happening. Differently. Behaviors addictions situations, you know where heart? I mean, everything starts. I mean getting a transformation and God is the power of what the Lord us because when we, when he goes to be wholly, he's not that he's imposing but but because he's grade love will start making everyday better because we want to be like our lord Jesus because we want to be in the presence of the Lord because we want one day to get the biggest award. And in that case, you know, first of Corinthians 13, also talks about how many different things in terms of how the love of God is and kind and merciful. Oldest other descriptions that we have about the Lord of God, the love of God. So that is exactly what starts showing in our life. But there is one more about that the chosen chosen to be called Prince of Peace. When I was reading that on a Vista and I forgot, but that is ready to be friends of Jesus and he's so call me in Jesus came and he's the son of God. I mean, how can I just call him my friend? Who actually those words that we have here, I no longer call you servants because a servant does not know his master's business. Instead, I have called you friends every thing that I learned from my father, I have made known to you. For Jesus himself is calling himself his friends, he's calling us friends. And I know for women with no, we really recognizes verse women more than men, we love to have results of friends. When did lots of friends would we happen? And when we find a true friend, we can spend hours talking and sharing sharing our dreams. Our feelings are, where are crustaceans. It's just a matter that you have found a good friend and then you go, you can spend I mean if you go to Coastal coffee after coffee or something because he's like that and we have a friend. We just wanted to share as we just want to listen what they have to say. We just want to be listened on the things that are troubling us or the things that are bringing joy to our life. I know when the Lord is telling us in John 15:15,

You can be a friend of me. You can call me your friend because I'm not a master. I am your friends, it is. Then when we realize that we can bring absolutely everything to him on a day-to-day basis in the very early in the morning, when you are about to start and you you're having a meeting but is critical and you are panicking like me this morning. When I use that, I was coming to talk when you talk to him and you tell him exactly how you feel and what you need for the day. And through the day, has the journey goes on. You kind of still hacking because he's just been listening. She wants to listen to you and yours want to release it and sometimes we are so busy that we cannot recognize when the Lord was talking to us. That is the most difficult part, but I want you to know that the Lord to speak to us, okay? It's just a matter that you connect with him. You want to be in his presence that you just do. I mean, like what you do with your friend, what's a being or calling? Or I mean just having a cup of coffee or tea face-to-face then what is like that? Jesus wants to be your friend if he wants to get to know that he doesn't know because he knows absolutely every single of our thoughts. But it's a friend. You really want you to really wants to to be there to have that relationship with him and many of us. So I don't know. I mean if you have really developed a relationship with him, you understand battling Your Own Strength. You are still battling in your own understanding and sometimes you just trust in your own ability to do things. And, you know, we always need him. We know, we need the Lord. We need the Holy Spirit to do absolutely everything. Because without him, we are simply choosing to be called friends of Jesus. I was just was so happy and thankful that we can do that with the Lord Jesus. Next one. Chosen to make Witness.

Sometimes in churches, our pastors, ask her. Okay, I need you to go and share the gospel, do evangelism and then just a simple word evangelism, I mean just blocks some of us. Okay. We're not very easy-going them talking to other people that sometimes we don't know how am I going to talk about the Lord or about church things? We feel ashamed when we feel like it or not. But actually it's even simpler than that because when the Lord has chosen us for this amazing transformation, we can just stop talking about What the Lord Has Done in our life, okay? Because she has done so many things. If I would ask you right now in a piece of paper that I want, but I don't know if I would ask you just to ride the things that the Lord has Don already since you were born, you would be amazed that probably you with me, like that thick Yellow Pages, Facebook notebook, or something like that, because he's amazing everyday every minute, every situation. So, he coming back for us. Okay, so why do you take? So, just to be with me, not the proper ceremony, 33 points to someone or something school with the people that we are just waiting. I don't know why. We are just buying something the Q or the train or something. Sometimes he can be just easier to start a conversation. I mean, we have a wonderful wonderful Topic in the UK, that is the weather. I was just amazing how easy this is a conversation with someone that you don't even know. Just by saying nobody today and you can back from there. I mean, start talkin about anything else and just, you can choose something that has happened to you. The Lord was instrumental in the way that he transform your life sharing of something that happened to you. Recently, of course, you are not going to share all your information to us, but nothing that would be probably Vicky for someone just to think about. I would like to have that. I would like to know more about it. I would like to explore what this person is talking about. Okay, so the Lord has chosen us to be a witness, you know? Our lord. God father chosen. His only son to be what's going to happen to his son. He sent him, two are okay. He knew, she was sure he had, he got the picture. She was like, she knew exactly how the end was going to be, but the spine of it, she decided to spend Jesus because he wanted him to be witness for us because of what happened before Jesus. Yes, we had the scriptures, we had the Old Testament, people knew about God's some people like Moises, and some others had had a close encounter with the Lord but not everybody to on what we knew about it or what was it was beaten. But it was more important to have someone like a very very very Son of God. Come and tell us who his father was Maurice. And we'll be and the things that he is willing to do how he loves us. So she sends you some and he was here, and he was a witness. And now, we are part of the chosen. We are now part of the work, we need to be weakness of the transformations of the Lord Has Done in the world own life. We can chat about other people, I mean, we can share what I've done in other people's life, but I think that what he has done in our life, you know, we're very own life, it's even more important because it has given us new. And I think for the past few weeks we have been hearing about this. We have had our Pastor Dave food. I mean, he kind of serious of sermons, talking about the sign to buy fruit and he was chapter 1 and chapter 2 chapter 3, several of them, just thinking about, I mean this and meditating about what bear fruit means. And well, here we have been chosen to bear fruit and I don't think that I am having a or tacos, maybe your watermelon but that we are expected to deliver. I-dos fruits. That the presence of the Holy Spirit Camp reducing our lives, okay? Because we all have a simple nursing and we get irritated barese orchestrated by a receipt or lose. Hope they're easy or discouraged or something like that. You know, my son had to deliver a project on Thursday. Okay. And he spend one full week since he got to know that he needed to deliver this project and he came we lost the last weekend but he was like getting up early early. I mean, having lunch and getting back to work and I could see how the first get started and how the project by Wednesday noon. You have to print that everything look like and I was simply amazing.

And he was just like a having all these different things and bits and pieces, and the front end the program that he was using. It was just like a completely new to me. So, I was very amazed about what he was doing. And, you know, Did they came? And he was just like a hoe. Please pray for me. And yes, I'm delivering my presentation on Thursday. It's at. It's, at. I don't know how they call it these days, but tell the people that judge your work or that they can give feedback, and he came back, and he was afraid, he was also move. Somethin 2 hours late. They're expected or something went wrong. So, I texted him. How did it go? But we just do no Emojis not. Well, I didn't get anything. and the only person that gave it back, I don't think that the feedback but he gave me was, I mean, useful enough. So I think that's how it went. It went, okay, He said everything would be fine but he's expectation was that he was going to, but he was so excited that the mom was so excited about the end of Thursday. He was so nice to court and I said, you know what, I think that you should feel proud about what you have accomplished because the word the project that you did even despite of the teachers didn't say much or didn't. I mean recognize it or whatever you should be proud about what you did and it doesn't change anything. Do not have the value because what other people say you're not, if those people would have said, wonderful things he would have to go, but if they didn't say much, I mean, the work is expected the same. And he did all his best effort to do it and I was looking at it and to me it was just like a, wow. So I don't know if I had, the teacher was setting up a higher standard or something because, well, he has been going really well this year, but I mean, the Lord, I mean really needs to continue to work with us because we are not at Mercy. What other people say about us? We are not about, I would value does not depend on what other people tells of who we are or what we have accomplished, what we have done. Our value remains, amazing? An upgrade value, that really the life of Jesus. Was worth it for each one of us. So we would have situations like that. Probably, we are not recognized enough, or we are going through difficult, whatever you can think of any other example. But the most important thing here is that you need to think about some words And something. Josh is mom wrote just this week and she had the title is enough. When I read it was a. Yes, I am in north in the north because again, it does not depend what other people say about you. It is that your own value, your own have, yes, your own value to the eyes of the Lord. So that is what we have to pressure. And we need to think about ourselves with gray steam because that's how the Lord sees us. That's how the Lord values us. So, and but remember, We are chosen to bear fruit in the fruit, just please read Galatians 5:22, you know, all the fruits of the spirit, the fruits of the spirit are low, joy, peace, kindness, long-suffering, goodness faithfulness. All these things are the fruits of the spirit and ask the Lord continues to transform its transformation. In our life, These fruits are going to be. I mean, showing in hourly Every time that we continue growing in the knowledge of the Lord, instead of getting anger or angry, instead of being frustrated, instead of feeling discouraged instead of feeling despair, we know that we have someone that lost someone who has chosen me and has, she's like, for me. So that makes me really precious. So closing remarks, okay, well, John 14:2 or Revelation 2:10 talks about what the Lord has is doing. He said I'm going to prepare for you and he's talking about I mean how to turn a life is going to look like He talks about streets paved with gold Mansions. How am I mention? And I am very thankful about my what if I think about the month and that the Lord is going to give me, I need to get more excited about then be faithful even to the point of and I will give you life as your Victor's Crown. So they are work that we are talking about today. When we are chosen, is the crown of life that count of life. I mean, you just had the most amazing recognition awards that any anyone can give and that we were talking at the very beginning about Oscars or Bast has or Nobel prizes. They are temporary. They just lost one. On to the next one, okay? But they are worried that the Lord Jesus is the crown of life, but remember that, he said, we need to remain in him because the same way as the great cannot do anything. If they are separated from the branches. Well, exactly for us, we need to remain. Indium. So could you please close your eyes for a moment?

Because I would like you to think about something for those of you or those of us who have already been chosen called and accepted the call. I just think for a moment, what was your condition? What was your situation when the Lord calls you for the very first time?

How was your life? You know, the Lord chosen her shows people like Peter. Like a solo from Tarsus. Like The Kills. She didn't select the very, very best of everybody. She selected people that we're simple people fisherman. She even selected a murder like follow. She selected someone like a beast tax collector. And so many other examples that we have in the Bible. And every single one of those cases that we can read in the Bible that transformation of their life was just amazing, they were chosen and my a state where their lives will never be the same. They were transformed and they bear fruit. David fruit of the holy spirit, so I just want you to spend a couple of minutes. Thinking, how was your life? What was the status of your heart when the Lord call you for the very first time? And meditate about your journey. How is your journey going? How many things have been transformed already? How many things still need to be transformed? What are the things that the Lord still need to polish that he still needs to bear fruit in a different way? How you have been witness to other people. How many other people may have been transformed through your testimony? How many spiritual Sons and Daughters? You have already through the Journey and being witness and bearing fruit.

That's for us as we have been called and we accepted the call. Remember we didn't look for it. The Lord has chosen us. The Lord love the Spurs. So now we are able to be loved and not others. And now could you maybe 30, second person, hears or online? That your life is at a point where you are in that situation, you need like a breakthrough. You need something that transforms your life, maybe you are in despair, maybe you are right now with your packing, broken pieces on your head thinking this has absolutely no repair. But the Lord can do something he can take you. If he comes love you, he can show you how great is his love. That you will feel restored, renewed, love in able to love again. Able to heal the hurt that the lies and people have done to you. Maybe you already in a situation right now. Do you need to get rid of addictions and you have tried and tried over and over on your own strength. Maybe you have cold and you have cried out in our no weeping every night because you have tried your very best to get rid of this addiction and you haven't been able to but let me tell you, the Lord has the power, the Lord has the authority. The Lord has enough to make that transition in your life. It's Miracle. Nothing of what you have tried have worked. But when the Lord comes in touch with you, the same way that he touched, so many people in the light in the Bible, we can read the stories about how he touched blind and people with old sort of sickness, she can do something. If you are offering a state of despair because of financial Brokenness or your health has been broken as well, as the Lord can give you hope the Lord can give you that door to be open to new opportunities, to new situations, the healing that you need because his power enough to do that. So the good news that I want you to take today is that you have been chosen, you have been one of those nominated people to receive the crown of life. You are in the game, you are in The Fishnet, you are there. And that is awesome because once you are being caught in a net, the Lord, start doing the job in your life. He can transform. He can give you New, Hope she can do everything new. Whatever the area that you need to be made new, she can do it and she kind of start the journey. Just now the only thing that we need to do is to accept the call to accept the nomination to recognize that yes, I have been chosen and I'm scared. I want to be healed. I want to be saved. I want to be loved. I want to bear fruit. I want to be a witness because that means that the Lord has done something in my life. I want to be, I want to be remaining in him. Lord, we thank you this morning for your presence. We thank you. We thank you for who you are in our life. Lord, may your Holy Spirit touched every heart? I said, refresh her. What we have reviewed today, if we have been Christians for so many years. But also if someone new has heard this message and needs a touch of your Holy Spirit, please do so please, transform. Please just get rid of all the tears that other person has just been weeping. You can bring joy. You can bring peace. You can be a door for Hope and you a tuna piece in every area of our life. Lord. We thank you for what you have done personally need. Thank you for the things that you have transformed changed. The hope that you are giving me the strength to continue day after day. Thank you, Lord. Because without you that is very little we can do. But with you all things are possible. Thank you, Father, in the name of Jesus, we pray. Amen.
