THE BIG IDEA - Spiritual maturity should be our goal because it is God's goal for us.
I. Strengthened In Heart
a. The ability to rejoice has nothing to do with the outcome of our circumstances and everything to do with our focus on the God who in control.
II. Unified In Love
a. All too often the thing that keeps me from being unified with others is my love for self.
III. Confidence In Understanding
a. When we are confident in Christ, we can have confidence in this life and in the life to come.
IV. Setting An Example
a. The question is not if we are setting an example, but what kind of example are we setting?
