Romans 12:3 NKJV
3 For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

1. God has given us all Grace, (that’s how it we got here.)

God’s favor toward is that has given us. (nothing we did gave us love and forgiveness that God has extended to us through Jesus.)

favor or kindness shown without regard to the worth or merit of the one who receives it and in spite of what that person deserves.

1: not proud or haughty: not arrogant or assertive

2. We are called to see ourselves as we are not as we wish we were.

The Apostle Paul is just coming out of the statement that we are to be not conformed to the world but be transformed by the renewing of our mind.
The Apostle Paul has gone a step further to remind us to be sober.
he reminds us to humble, not to need to elevate ourselves above others.
then he reminds us to be sober- that is to see ourselves clearly.
then he reminds us that we have been given a measure of faith.
he’s about to launch into the gifts.
