Fishing Actually Requires Skills and Strategy

How to Fish:

1) Know that (if you are following Jesus) you are a fisherman - fishermen fish

2) Know that you WANT to fish.

If our true desire is to be a fisher of men, then we will fish for men!

3) Go to where the fish are

It doesn’t matter how great you are at fishing. If there are NO FISH there, you will not catch ANYTHING.

4) Go to where the fish are hungry

If the fish aren’t hungry, they won’t bite

Have you been trying to catch the SAME not-hungry fish for years?

Maybe it’s time to move along to catching other hungry fish until your “prize fish” starts to show some interest.

5) Use the right bait for the fish

for the fish (become all things)

20 and to the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might win Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might win those who are under the law; 21 to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law; 22 to the weak I became as weak, that I might win the weak. A way to change for the better

Financial breakthrough

Physical/Emotional Healing

God is The Great “I AM”

6) Believe God for a miracle catch (like the disciples had)

8 Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

There is ALWAYS a supernatural aspect to someone coming to know Jesus and desiring a life following Him!

John 6:44 AMP

44 No one is able to come to Me unless the Father Who sent Me attracts and draws him and gives him the desire to come to Me, and [then] I will raise him up [from the dead] at the last day.

Just One Thing

Believe for God to spotlight those that are ready & those that He is drawing already - Then lead them to Jesus & fellowship in church.
