What Did You Say?
We all know about the Trinity…the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.
Our Father, GOD, is our creator. This is who folks who do not want to call GOD, will believe in HIM. Sadly, it is a large step for many, to say GOD is their creator. I've heard some say ‘I believe there is a creator, I'm not calling HIM GOD, but I believe we are created’.
…In the beginning Go created the heavens and the earth.
Our Savior, JESUS, who came down to earth, live within us, as one of us, to show that we can walk in righteousness, have joy, peace and show love to others, without conditions, endlessly, and tirelessly. HE was at the beginning and will be at the end.
…"I am the Alpha and the Omega," says the Lord GOD, "who is and who was and who is to come, the Almighty."
…In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with GOD, and the Word was GOD. He was in the beginning with GOD. All things came into being through HIM, and apart from Him nothing came into being that has come into being. In HI was life, and the life was the Light of men.
Many cannot accept HIM as their Lord and Savior.
Have you thought or really talked ababoute Holy Spirit...the voice in our head, our conscience...
When we said the prayer for salvation, sometimes called the sinners prayer, we accepted JESUS as our Lord and Savior as said in … that if you confess with your mouth JESUS as Lord, and believe in your heart that GOD raised HIM from the dead, you will be saved; for with the heart a person believes, resulting in righteousness, and with the mouth he confesses, resulting in salvation.
With this, we are promised a helper to help us walk towards the cross. … HE said to them, "It is not for you to know times or epochs which the Father has fixed by HIS own authority; but you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be MY witnesses both in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and even to the remotest part of the earth.”
1. The Holy Spirit is a gift...an eternal gift...that lives in us.
… When the day of Pentecost had come, they were all together in one place. And suddenly there came from heaven a noise like a violent rushing wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. And there appeared to them tongues as of fire distributing themselves, and they rested on each one of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit was giving them utterance.
… But if the Spirit of HIM who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, HE who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
2. The Holy Spirit seals us…
…In HIM, you also, after listening to the message of truth, the gospel of your salvation-having also believed, you were sealed in Him with the Holy Spirit of promise,
The Holy Spirit seals us in CHRIST as children of GOD and can never be broken. In those days, a seal shows ownership and protection.

3. The Holy Spirit completes us…
…But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of GOD, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord JESUS CHRIST to eternal life.

4. The Holy Spirit bears fruit through us...
...'But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law.'

The Holy Spirit does much more…
- HE reminds us…...'But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, HE will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.'
- HE gives us spiritual gifts……Now there are varieties of gifts, but the same Spirit.
- HE fills us…...And do not get drunk with wine, for that is dissipation, but be filled with the Spirit,
- HE guides us…...“But when HE, the Spirit of truth, comes, HE will guide you into all the truth; for HE will not speak on HIS own initiative, but whatever HE hears, HE will speak; and HE will disclose to you what is to come.

HE convicts us of sin…...“And HE, when HE comes, will convict the world concerning sin and righteousness and judgment;

The Holy Spirit completes us…
…But you, beloved, building yourselves up on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Spirit, keep yourselves in the love of GOD, waiting anxiously for the mercy of our Lord JESUS CHRIST to eternal life.

As you can see the Holy Spirit is extremely important to us as we walk towards, maturing and discipling, and become more righteous and less sinful, in our walk.
When your mind wanders or you feel tempted or pushed in a direction you don't go anymore, you'll feel odd.
You may hear from HIM and think or say ‘What did you say?’ Listen to HIM…that is divine wisdom.

Let’s pray...
