Do you remember when we use to call our airline carriers directly, to book a flight?
Or call the hotel in the city which you plan to visit and arrange your reservation front desk agent?
Or go to the car lot to deal directly with the sale’s representative

Now we live a the age of digital intermediaries
What I mean is you can research, review, and even purchase almost everything you need from the world wide wide web.
Including groceries.
