Why do we come to Jesus? (People came to have their immediate physical needs met, not realising there was a deeper meaning. What does this look like for us?)
Trace “the lost” through the gospels. Matt-Luke use this terms frequently and in many different ways. John uses it almost exclusively with reference to Jesus’ disciples. And always connected with what God has given him. In what way might Jesus “lose” us, and how do we prevent that?
Jesus as the “bread of life”. What did this mean to those who first heard him? What significance does it have for us?
