Wedding Ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Stone Caudle
Wedding Ceremony Mr. and Mrs. Stone Caudle
Dearly beloved we are gathered here in the sight of God and in the presence of these witnesses to join together this man and this woman in the bonds of holy matrimony. Marriage is an honorable estate instituted by God and symbolizes the mystical union that exists between Christ and His church. Marriage is therefore not to be entered into unadvisedly, but reverently, and carefully, and in the respect and fear of God Almighty, who judges the living and the dead.
Into this holy estate come these two people Stone Caudle and Rachael Newlands.
I require and charge you both as in the presence of God to remember that love and faithfulness alone will avail as the foundation of a happy and enduring marriage and home.
No other human ties are more tender. No other human vows are more sacred than these you are about to take. If these vows are kept without violation and if you steadfastly endeavor to do the will of God, your life will be full of joy, and the home, which you are establishing, will abide in peace.
Let us Pray.. AMEN.
Believing, then, that you have duly considered the solemn obligations you are about to assume, I shall now propose to you the marriage covenant.
Stone, Will you take Rachel to be your wedded wife to live together after God’s holy ordinance in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love her, comfort her, honor her, and keep her, in sickness, and in health; and forsaking all others, keep yourself only to her for as long as you both shall live?
Stone- I will.
Rachael, Will you take Stone to be your wedded husband to live together after God’s holy ordinance in the holy estate of matrimony? Will you love him, comfort him, honor him, and keep him, in sickness, and in health; and forsaking all others keep yourself only to him for as long as you both shall live?
Rachael- I will.
Who gives this woman to be married to this man?
Ricky- Her mother and I.
Short Message-
I now we’ll propose to you that marriage vows. You will repeat after me.
I Stone, take you Rachae-- to be my wedded wife-- to have and To hold, -- from this day forward--for better for worse--for richer for poorer--in sickness and in health--to love and to cherish--till death do us part--according to God’s Holy ordinance-- and to you-- I pledge my love.
I Rachael, take you Stone-- to be my wedded husband-- to have and To hold, -- from this day forward--for better for worse--for richer for poorer--in sickness and in health--to love and to cherish--till death do us part--according to God’s Holy ordinance-- and to you-- I pledge my love.
May I have the rings please?
These rings that you will give and receive today our tokens of the purity in the permanency of the valves which you have just made the rain is a complete circle having no end symbolic of the fact that this union is instituted in heaven and should not be broken on this earth.
Stone you will place the ring on her finger and repeat after me.
With this ring--to you I wed-- with loyal love—to you I give—all I am and have—with you I share—for the glory of God alone.
Rachael you will place the ring on his finger and repeat after me.
With this ring--to you I wed-- with loyal love—to you I give—all I am and have—with you I share—for the glory of God alone.
Let us pray.
For as much as Stone and Rachel have consented and holy wedlock, and have witnessed the same before God and these witnesses, and have sealed their vows by giving and receiving of rings, by The power vested in me by this state, and Looking to heaven for sanction, I now pronounce that they are husband and wife.
What God has joined together let not man’s separate!
Stone you may kiss your bride.
