Easter Sunday is about new life, but also about new relationship. It’s about reconciliation to God and to each other. It’s about a new covenant based on the work of Jesus, so that we can truly know God. It’s about the promised presence of Jesus for the rest of eternity, and the relational church that centres on his resurrection and life. It’s about his love connecting us to our Father and to each other. It’s about never having to know true loneliness, abandonment or disconnection.
