Why it seems our Prayers go unheard

Father, you have told us to be strong in the Lord and the Power of his might You have called us to bless Isreal and to preach repentance for the kingdom of heaven is at at hand. We are here to acknowledge you! the most High God and take a stand against the spiritual weakness in the high places in the name of Jesus!
Reveal their hearts of those in our government in leadership positions across our nation expose any agenda that goes against your Holiness against your word.
May the principalities and powers that have endeavored to overtake this nation be restrained. Cause them to cease and desist in their maneuvers against us. Oh God we pour our hearts out to you today that you may have mercy on this Great Nation
Touch our hearts and minds that we would endure that we would keep your statutes that we would pursue righteousness and justice so that your name be glorified
Hide me far behind the cross may the hearts and minds be opened yo your word this morning amen
Garth Brooks sang a song
Sometimes I thank God for unanswered Prayers Remember when your Talking to the man upstairs That Just because he doesn't answer doesn't mean he doesn't care Some of Gods greatest gifts are unanswered prayers.
While this song rings true in allot of ways in one it is wrong God answers every Prayer With , Yes, NO, Not right now!
What happens When God feels as though He doesn't give us what we think we need or want?
Gods Timing is not our own
Just because it feels as though he is not listening to you about your relationship, your job, your family, your financial situation does not mean that he wont It just means its not the right time
Joe from Church Example
Habakkuk 2:3 NKJV
3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time; But at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; Because it will surely come, It will not tarry.

Abraham and Sarah waiting on their Promise of a Son
example of How god loves other as much as He loves us.
example of How god loves other as much as He loves us.
No one likes waiting. When we are in a doctor's waiting room, it seems like we're there forever. It feels like a punishment, but we know it's not. So it is with God's waiting room. As we mature in the Lord, waiting becomes easier. It's still difficult to wait, but the longer we know the Lord, the more we see his faithfulness in our lives and understand our waiting is for a reason. Sometimes God uses the waiting to work on our, or someone else's, character.
God often chooses waiting to conform us into the image of his wonderful Son. My Wife and I had gone through a very trying time we had suffered the fate of a failing business two in fact we had lost our Son in which we were so excited to meet. We didn't understand all this. We were faithful i mean we were in church we had stopped drinking we were tithing we were in prayer why were we going through this trial. We had two sweet ladies com by the house from the Church Gi Gi and sunny Girl they loved on us prayed with us and We were expecting empathy. Instead, her words surprised us, "I'm excited you have an opportunity to trust God."
Was she kidding? she saw this as an opportunity? We saw our situation as more of a curse. Through the years and many more trials, I have come to understand what our friend meant. One day we'll be in heaven, standing in the presence of almighty God in all his glory. We will see the one who loved us so much that he suffered and died for us. That will not be a time of faith for us. Our time for faith is now. This is the only time we get to exercise our faith muscles.
When Joseph was imprisoned for a crime he never committed, the Bible tells us, the Lord was with him (). Joseph quietly waited for God's hand, without ranting and raving. He didn't curse the day he was born. He waited. And God honored Joseph's good attitude, an attitude totally submitted to God. Each step of Joseph's journey led him to the place where he could wait well.
2.Sometimes God says nothing.
There are times when we hear nothing. We know that there is no partiality with God; he doesn't play favorites (
Deuteronomy 10:17 NKJV
17 For the Lord your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality nor takes a bribe.
). Yet, in the silence, we can almost hear the enemy of our souls say God has forgotten us; we don't matter. At these times, we need to remember that God's ways are not our ways and his thoughts are higher than our thoughts (). We trust, seeing nothing, hearing nothing.
). Yet, in the silence, we can almost hear the enemy of our souls say God has forgotten us; we don't matter. At these times, we need to remember that God's ways are not our ways and his thoughts are higher than our thoughts (
Isaiah 55:9 NKJV
9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.
). We trust, seeing nothing, hearing nothing.
We trust, seeing nothing, hearing nothing.
The more we learn about God, the more we see he is trustworthy. Our faith can't grow unless we are relying on God for something bigger than us.
Proverbs 3:5 NKJV
5 Trust in the Lord with all your heart, And lean not on your own understanding;
Instead we lean heavily on our own understanding, trusting we'll figure things out.
Author and preacher Charles Swindoll once said we look at our lives the wrong way. We look at trials as the exception, but trials are the normal part of a Christian life.
says, "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding." Instead we lean heavily on our own understanding, trusting we'll figure things out.
So, what do we do when heaven is silent? We can become still and remember God is still God. We can praise him for who he is, almighty, all-knowing, all-powerful. We can ponder what he has done for us in the past and thank him for what he is doing in our lives now, even though it is unseen to us. We can thank him for what he is doing in or despite the situation. God is not limited by our circumstances. With God all things are Possible !
Matthew 19:26 NKJV
26 But Jesus looked at them and said to them, “With men this is impossible, but with God all things are possible.”
).
3. Sometimes God seems Silent because we have ran away from Him
Isaiah 66 NKJV
1 Thus says the Lord: “Heaven is My throne, And earth is My footstool. Where is the house that you will build Me? And where is the place of My rest? 2 For all those things My hand has made, And all those things exist,” Says the Lord. “But on this one will I look: On him who is poor and of a contrite spirit, And who trembles at My word. 3 “He who kills a bull is as if he slays a man; He who sacrifices a lamb, as if he breaks a dog’s neck; He who offers a grain offering, as if he offers swine’s blood; He who burns incense, as if he blesses an idol. Just as they have chosen their own ways, And their soul delights in their abominations, 4 So will I choose their delusions, And bring their fears on them; Because, when I called, no one answered, When I spoke they did not hear; But they did evil before My eyes, And chose that in which I do not delight.” 5 Hear the word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word: “Your brethren who hated you, Who cast you out for My name’s sake, said, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, That we may see your joy.’ But they shall be ashamed.” 6 The sound of noise from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, Who fully repays His enemies! 7 “Before she was in labor, she gave birth; Before her pain came, She delivered a male child. 8 Who has heard such a thing? Who has seen such things? Shall the earth be made to give birth in one day? Or shall a nation be born at once? For as soon as Zion was in labor, She gave birth to her children. 9 Shall I bring to the time of birth, and not cause delivery?” says the Lord. “Shall I who cause delivery shut up the womb?” says your God. 10 “Rejoice with Jerusalem, And be glad with her, all you who love her; Rejoice for joy with her, all you who mourn for her; 11 That you may feed and be satisfied With the consolation of her bosom, That you may drink deeply and be delighted With the abundance of her glory.” 12 For thus says the Lord: “Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river, And the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream. Then you shall feed; On her sides shall you be carried, And be dandled on her knees. 13 As one whom his mother comforts, So I will comfort you; And you shall be comforted in Jerusalem.” 14 When you see this, your heart shall rejoice, And your bones shall flourish like grass; The hand of the Lord shall be known to His servants, And His indignation to His enemies. 15 For behold, the Lord will come with fire And with His chariots, like a whirlwind, To render His anger with fury, And His rebuke with flames of fire. 16 For by fire and by His sword The Lord will judge all flesh; And the slain of the Lord shall be many. 17 “Those who sanctify themselves and purify themselves, To go to the gardens After an idol in the midst, Eating swine’s flesh and the abomination and the mouse, Shall be consumed together,” says the Lord. 18 “For I know their works and their thoughts. It shall be that I will gather all nations and tongues; and they shall come and see My glory. 19 I will set a sign among them; and those among them who escape I will send to the nations: to Tarshish and Pul and Lud, who draw the bow, and Tubal and Javan, to the coastlands afar off who have not heard My fame nor seen My glory. And they shall declare My glory among the Gentiles. 20 Then they shall bring all your brethren for an offering to the Lord out of all nations, on horses and in chariots and in litters, on mules and on camels, to My holy mountain Jerusalem,” says the Lord, “as the children of Israel bring an offering in a clean vessel into the house of the Lord. 21 And I will also take some of them for priests and Levites,” says the Lord. 22 “For as the new heavens and the new earth Which I will make shall remain before Me,” says the Lord, “So shall your descendants and your name remain. 23 And it shall come to pass That from one New Moon to another, And from one Sabbath to another, All flesh shall come to worship before Me,” says the Lord. 24 “And they shall go forth and look Upon the corpses of the men Who have transgressed against Me. For their worm does not die, And their fire is not quenched. They shall be an abhorrence to all flesh.”
Isaiah 66:1–5 NKJV
Just as they have chosen their own ways, And their soul delights in their abominations, 4 So will I choose their delusions, And bring their fears on them; Because, when I called, no one answered, When I spoke they did not hear; But they did evil before My eyes, And chose that in which I do not delight.” 5 Hear the word of the Lord, You who tremble at His word: “Your brethren who hated you, Who cast you out for My name’s sake, said, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, That we may see your joy.’ But they shall be ashamed.”
Matthew 5:23–27 NKJV
23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift. 25 Agree with your adversary quickly, while you are on the way with him, lest your adversary deliver you to the judge, the judge hand you over to the officer, and you be thrown into prison. 26 Assuredly, I say to you, you will by no means get out of there till you have paid the last penny. 27 “You have heard that it was said to those of old, ‘You shall not commit adultery.’
Matthew 5:23–24 NKJV
23 Therefore if you bring your gift to the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you, 24 leave your gift there before the altar, and go your way. First be reconciled to your brother, and then come and offer your gift.
Do we sin yes we do
do we sin purposely intentionally or willingly in the eyes of the Lord
If we say we love Him we shall keep His commandments
2 Peter 3:9 NKJV
9 The Lord is not slack concerning His promise, as some count slackness, but is longsuffering toward us, not willing that any should perish but that all should come to repentance.
God is a Good God He loves you He cares for you Do we have a healthy fear of who can not only destroy the body but also the soul ?
Do we continue in Sin because its what we enjoy or do we rejoice in the things that bring Joy to the Eyes of the Father
There will be times you'll pray and God will immediately answer. There will be times you will need to wait for the answer he'll graciously provide. And then there will be those times when you hear nothing and can lean hard on God. Each of those scenarios is God-chosen for you—chosen by a God who counts the hairs on your head, knows when a sparrow falls, and sings to us.
When we pray and heaven is silent, then we need to get silent too. We need to be still and know that he is God, and thank him for the opportunity to trust him. Look deep within our self see if there be any wicked way with in us so that WE may be honored by God once again.
Let us Pray : Let your self today put away all make a vow before the Lord that today is the day That I make it right with God I'm tiered of trying to control everything when it seems I cant control anything. Lord I need you to free me from my own sin Lord Jesus I repent Forgive me where I have failed you give me the strength to overcome my failures my temptations Jesus I want a new start a new beginning I need to get right with you The bible says
Romans 10:9–10 NKJV
9 that if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
Rom 10:
When we pray and heaven is silent, then we need to get silent too. We need to be still and know that he is God, and thank him for the opportunity to trust him.
