Text:

Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. 2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; 3 who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. 4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” 5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. 6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God. 10 Then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.

Movement 1
The Lame Man’s condition
If we desire to overcome challenges, We need to have Faith in God.
This lame man had this condition from his mother’s womb and never knew what it felt like to walk on his own.
Never experience the freedom walk as he pleased.
This helpless man had a routine of begging at the gate daily.
Peter
He began accustomed to this way of life.
He must have received just enough alms for him to keep coming everyday.
This lame man from his mother’s womb never knew what it feels like to walk on his own. Helpless man had a routine of begging at the gate daily. He began accustomed to this way of life. He must have received just enough to keep coming everyday. He must have received just a few mercy drops from passer-byers to keep him coming everyday.
Just a few mercy drops from from people that passed by him everyday.
Movement 2
Peter’s faith in God
Peter’s faith in God allowed for the lame man to be healed.
Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, understood what faith in God can do.
The faith in God allowed for the lame man to be healed. Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, understood what faith in God can do. He has seen it over and over again as an eye witnessed of Jesus’ works here on earth. Peter’s faith in God healed a man that had been physically bound for all his life. This was the lame man’s hour of healing, deliverance and liberty!
Peter saw the lame man looked passed his condition and saw an opportunity to give God glory.
A decision was made by Peter.
He could have ignored him and continued walking to the temple.
But he chose to address this lame man’s condition for the benefit of not only him but the people around can know that this was done by God.
Peter’s faith in God healed a man that had been physically bound for all his life.
Peter’s faith in God healed a man that had been physically bound for all his life.
This was the lame man’s hour of healing, deliverance and liberty!
Peter’s faith in God healed a man that had been physically bound for all his life.
Parallel Text: Hebrew Chapter 11: 6 (Faith pleases God)
This was the lame man’s hour of healing, deliverance and liberty!
As the church is moving forward, expanding the gates of hell shall not prevail.
The gates of hell shall not prevail against the church!
It is the gates of hell that keeps us confined.
will try to keep us in a corner.
will try to keep our worship quiet
will try to keep the church confused and limited.
But the church will burst through the gates of hell
Like a mighty army moves they church of God. Brothers and sisters we are treading where the saints have trod. We are not divided, all one body. One in hope and doctrine, one and charity.
Then forward ‘til tis Jehovah’s will
Movement 3
Walking, Leaping and Praising God
The lame man praised God for what God had done for him. Never before knew how to walk much less leap! When God does something for you, you have to praise Him and let the people know that souls may be won for Him.
The lame man praised God for what God had done for him. Never before knew how to walk much less leap! When God does something for you, you have to praise Him and let the people know that souls may be won for Him.
The text says in verse 16 that it was faith in God has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all. Peter’s faith in God healed the lame man’s condition.

The Lame Man’s condition
The Lame Man’s condition
The Lame Man’s condition
The story begins with Peter and John walking to the temple at the hour of prayer...
If we desire to overcome challenges, We need to have Faith in God.
If we desire to overcome challenges, We need to have Faith in God.
When we look at this lame man who had this condition from birth so he never knew how it felt to walk on his own.
The story begins with Peter and John walking to the temple...
When we look at this lame man who had this condition from birth so he never knew how it felt to walk on his own.
He never experience the freedom to walk as he pleased.
He never experience the freedom to walk as he pleased.
He never experience the freedom to walk as he pleased.
This helpless man had a routine of begging at the gate daily.
This helpless man had a routine of begging at the gate daily.
This helpless man had a routine of begging at the gate daily.
He was hopeless, helpless, faithless.
He was hopeless, helpless, faithless.
He was hopeless, helpless, faithless. He was accustomed to this way of life. He must have received just enough alms to keep coming to the gate daily. He must have received just enough mercy drops from people that passed by him everyday.
And there was a certain man lame, paralyzed, from birth who was carried to the gate called Beautiful.
He was accustomed to this way of life.
He was accustomed to this way of life.
He was accustomed to this way of life.
He must have received just enough alms to keep coming to the gate daily.
He must have received just enough alms for him to keep coming to the gate everyday.
He must have received just enough alms for him to keep coming to the gate everyday.
This man never knew what it felt like to walk on his own.
He must have received just enough mercy drops from people that passed by him everyday.
He must have received just enough mercy drops from people that passed by him everyday.
He must have received just enough mercy drops from people that passed by him everyday.
He never experienced the freedom to walk as he pleased.
This helpless man had a routine of begging at the gate daily.
He had been accustomed to this way of life.
For him there was no hope for a better tomorrow.
He was hopeless, helpless, faithless.
As I pondered on this man, he must have received just enough alms to keep him coming to the gate daily.
He must have received just enough mercy drops from people that passed by him everyday to make him want to keep coming to the gate called Beautiful.
Might it represent the longing of a soul to be fully satisfied?
Might it represent the urning of a man to be whole?
This lame man was seeking something that the world could not satisfy.
Then a man by the name of Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, comes passing by to pray at the temple.
Then a man by the name of Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, comes passing by to pray at the temple.
Peter Passing By to the Temple
For it was Peter’s great confession that declared “thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
A man who I have become to enjoy reading and studying about.
A man who I have become to enjoy reading and studying about.
For it was Peter’s great confession that declared “thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
For it was Peter’s great confession that declared “thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
For it was Peter’s great confession that declared “thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
Also the man that cut off the soldiers ear in the presence of Jesus.
Also the man that cut off the soldiers ear in the presence of Jesus.
Then comes this great man by the name of Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, to enter the temple.
It was Peter who cut off the soldiers ear in the presence of Jesus.
Peter, who we all know, as a rich long resume in scripture.
The same man who denied Jesus 3 times! Not want anything to do with Jesus during the time of Jesus’ persecution!
He also was the same man that denied Jesus 3 times! Did not want anything to do with Jesus during the time of Jesus’ persecution!
He also was the same man that denied Jesus 3 times! Did not want anything to do with Jesus during the time of Jesus’ persecution!
He was a disciple for Jesus Christ, a great leader and advocate for the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
It was Peter who also walked on water with Jesus!
It was Peter’s great confession that declared “thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.”
It was Peter who cut off the soldiers ear right in the presence of Jesus.
Yet it was the same man who denied Jesus three times during the time of Jesus’ persecution!
But it was also Peter who was called back by Jesus to the fold with the other disciples and preached three thousand souls to Christ.
This is an important side note because it shows that God can still use you even if you feel unworthy, even when you feel less than.
But it was also the same Peter who also saved thousands to Christ. Showing you that God can still use you even if you feel unworthy.
But it was also the same Peter who also saved thousands to Christ. Showing you that God can still use you even if you feel unworthy.
But it was also the same Peter who saved thousands to Christ.
Although Peter faltered, God still use him for His glory!
As Peter
This is important to note because it shows that God can still use you even if you feel unworthy.
No matter what you have gone through God can still use you for His glory!

Peter’s faith in God
Peter’s faith in God
Peter’s faith in God
Now as the lame man asked for Peter and John for alms. Peter paused and fixed his eyes on him.
It was Peter’s faith in God allowed for the lame man to be healed.
It was Peter’s faith in God allowed for the lame man to be healed.
Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, understood what faith in God can do.
Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, understood what faith in God can do.
Peter, filled with the Holy Ghost, understood what faith in God can do.
The two men on opposite sides of the spectrum meet at the Gate called Beautiful.
The two men on opposite sides of the spectrum meet at the Gate called Beautiful.
The two men on opposite sides of the spectrum meet at the Gate called Beautiful.
On one side of the spectrum you had a lame man who could not even walk and on the other side of the spectrum you had a man who a had just recently been filled with the Holy Ghost!
On one side of the spectrum you had a lame man who could not even walk and on the other side of the spectrum you had a man who a had just recently been filled with the Holy Ghost!
On one side of the spectrum you had a lame man who could not even walk and on the other side of the spectrum you had a man who a had just recently been filled with the Holy Ghost!
This is where man meets lame man
This is where man meets lame man
This is where man meets lame man
Faith meets faithlessness
Faith meets faithlessness
Faith meets faithlessness
Here we have two men, on opposite ends of the spectrum, that encounter each other at the Gate called Beautiful.
Hope meets hopelessness
Hope meets hopelessness
Hope meets hopelessness
On one end of the spectrum you had a lame man who could not even walk and on the other end of the spectrum you had a man who a had just recently been filled with the Holy Ghost!
Here at the Gate Beautiful A decision was made by Peter.
Here at the Gate Beautiful a decision was made by Peter.
Here at the Gate Beautiful A decision was made by Peter.
This is where man of God meets certain lame man.
Faith meets faithlessness.
He could have ignored this lame man and continued walking into the temple.
He could have ignored this lame man and continued walking to the temple.
He could have ignored this lame man and continued walking to the temple.
Hope meets hopelessness.
Here at the Gate Beautiful a decision was made by Peter.
But he chose to address this lame man’s condition for the benefit of not only him but for the people around could know that this was done by God.
But he chose to address this lame man’s condition for the benefit of not only him but for the people around could know that this was done by God.
But he chose to address this lame man’s condition for the benefit of not only him but for the people around could know that this was done by God.
He could have ignored this lame man and continued walking into the temple.
As Peter fixed his eyes on the man he looked passed his condition and saw an opportunity to give God glory.
As Peter fixed his eyes on the man he looked passed his condition and saw an opportunity to give God glory.
As Peter fixed his eyes on the man he looked passed his condition and saw an opportunity to give God glory.
But he chose to address this man’s issue.
As Peter fixed his eyes on the man he looked passed his condition and saw an opportunity to give God glory.
An opportunity to exercise his faith in God.
Peter remembered the teaching of Jesus Christ.
As Peter fixed his eyes on him, I can imagine that he remembered all the things that Jesus Christ had taught him.
Peter remembered the teaching of Jesus Christ.
He remembered the miracles he personally witnessed Jesus do.
He remembered what Jesus said.
If you have faith in God and you can move you can say to this mountain, be thou moved! (This is our theme for the year!)
He remembered what faith in God can do.
Peter remembered all that Jesus Christ had taught him.
Peter spoke by faith, saying “silver and gold, I do not have, but what I do have, I give you.
He remembered the miracles he saw Jesus do.
He remembered the miracles he saw Jesus do.
He remembered the miracles he witnessed Jesus do.
The significance of Nazareth is that Nazareth was a…
He spoke by faith, saying “silver and gold, I do not have, but what I do have, I give you. In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”
Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?
There is great Power in the name of Jesus Christ
Jesus has given us the power of the Holy Ghost to those who believe and He has given us His name that is above every name!
Peter says, “What I have, I give to you.”
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!
What Peter had was faith in God!
Faith that God can do the work.
Faith that God can heal this man.
Faith that God can satisfy this longing soul.
Faith that God can make him whole.
It was Peter’s faith in God that healed this lame man who had been physically bound all his life.
Without the power of God working through Peter’s faith, Peter would be rendered powerless in his attempt to heal this man.
It was not Peter who healed this lame man, but it was the power of God who healed this man.
When faith in God is activated something in the supernatural begins to take place. God begins to work on the behalf of your faith in Him!
He remembered what Jesus said. Have faith in God and you can move mountains!
He remembered what Jesus said Have faith in God and you can move mountains! (This is our theme for the year!)
He remembered what Jesus said. Have faith in God and you can move mountains!
states,
“And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.”
Faith in God can heal!
Faith in God can deliver!
Faith in God can turn situations around for the better!
That which looks impossible can be possible. For ALL THINGS are possible with God!
And because of Peter’s faith in God… it was the lame man’s hour of healing and deliverance! It was the move of God.
Movement 3
Jesus Christ of Nazareth
Peter says to the lame man, In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk!”
There is a deep meaning in the word Nazareth!
Nazareth was not just a geographical location nor was it just the place of Jesus’ childhood.
There is a deeper meaning behind the word Nazareth as it stems all the way back to the Old Testament.
Jeremiah prophesied in , “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king.
Jeremiah 23:5-6
, “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king.
The great prophet, Isaiah, prophesied in that
The old testament is written in Hebrews.
, “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king. The old testament was written in Hebrews.
The old testament was written in Hebrews.
And in Hebrew "Nazareth" means "Branch"!
Jesus shall be called the "Righteous Branch" - "He shall be called a Nazarene."
“There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse,   and a branch shall grow out of his roots. And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him,     the spirit of wisdom and understanding,     the spirit of counsel and might,     the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. And his delight shall be in the fear of the Lord.
There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse,   and a branch shall grow out of his roots. And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him,     the spirit of wisdom and understanding,     the spirit of counsel and might,     the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. And his delight shall be in the fear of the Lord.
Jeremiah prophesied in , “Behold, the days are coming, says the Lord, when I will raise up for David a righteous Branch, and he shall reign as king.
The great prophet, Isaiah, prophesied in Isaiah There shall come forth a shoot from the stump of Jesse,   and a branch shall grow out of his roots. And the Spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him,     the spirit of wisdom and understanding,     the spirit of counsel and might,     the spirit of knowledge and the fear of the Lord. And his delight shall be in the fear of the Lord.
The Branch that they are talking about is Jesse’ stump which is the line of David where Jesus Christ came from.
The old testament was written in Hebrews.
And in Hebrew "Nazareth" means "Branch"!
And in Hebrew "Nazareth" means "Branch"!
In Hebrew Branch means nezar, which means Nazareth.
said

And he came and dwelt in a city called Nazareth, that it might be fulfilled which was spoken by the prophets, “He shall be called a Nazarene.”

"He shall be called a Nazarene."
The Branch that would come out of Jesse’ stump is the line of David where Jesus came from.
What this tells me is that Embedded in the word Nazareth is the fulfillment of the Old Testament scriptures that were prophesied by prophets about Jesus Christ.
Moses prophesied in that, “The Lord your God will raise up for you a prophet like me from among you, from your brethren—him you shall heed.”
Jesus is the fulfillment of what our forefathers prophesied and with Him comes great Power from God!
Embedded in this word Nazareth is the Power of God dating back to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our forefathers!
The word Nazareth is the fulfilment of Old Testament scripture through Jesus Christ!
Embedded in the word Nazareth was Peter’s confession of faith in this man Jesus Christ!, Thou art the Christ the Son of the Living God!
When Peter declared, In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth! He wasn’t just calling a name of a city,
But he was calling on Jesus Christ whom the Scripture foretold!
He was calling on Jesus Christ, The Son of the Living God!
He was calling on The same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
The same God of Moses, Who’s Power split the Red Sea!
The same God of Moses, Who’s Power sent down manna from heaven to feed His people!
The same God of Daniel, Who’s Power shut the mouth of the Lion.
The same God of the three Hebrew Boys, Who’s Power allowed them not to be burned!
And It is the same God, Who’s Power, Peter knew, can heal this lame man!
And It is the same God, Who’s Power Peter knew, can heal this lame man!
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Rise up and Walk!

But those things which God foretold by the mouth of all His prophets, that the Christ would suffer, He has thus fulfilled.

He goes on to say
The same God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob!
!
Peter already knew this…
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Rise up and Walk!
The same God who sent down manna from heaven to feed is people!
It is the same God, whom Peter knew, that can heal this lame man!
Not only was Nazareth the place of Jesus’ childhood but more than that it was Moses who said that coming after me. The Branch that would come out of Jesse’ stump.
Embedded in this word Nazareth is the Power of God by faith!
Jesus is the fulfillment of what our forefathers prophesied and with Him comes great Power from God!
The old testament is written in Hebrews. Moses who said that coming after me. The Branch that would come out of Jesse’ stump.
In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, Rise up and Walk!
to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our forefathers!
Embedded in this word Nazareth is the Power of God dating back to the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our forefathers!
For Peter the word Nazareth represented that the same power of God who split the Red Sea,
For Peter the word Nazareth represented that the same power of God who split the Red Sea,
And compared to what God has done in the past, this is but a light thing for God!
and it is that same God that has the power to heal this lame man.
With the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth comes great Power from God by faith!
And as Peter lifted him up, immediately the lame man received strength in his feet and ankle bones.
With the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth comes great Power from God by faith!
The lame man praised God for what God had done for him.
Never before knew how to walk much less leap!
But he began walking and leaping and praising God! Gives me new meaning to the song
I will enter into His gates with Thanksgiving in my heart! I will enter His Courts with Praise! I will say this is the day that the Lord has made, I rejoice for He has made me glad!
I will enter His Courts with Praise! I will say this is the day that the Lord has made, I rejoice for He has made me glad!
That’s why we should always come to the house of the Lord with a praise!
Because only you know all the things the Lord has done for you!
The Lord, has done Great Things for Us, Whereof we are Glad!
For Some He Has done great Things
For others He has brought a mighty long way
For some He has healed,
For some He has delivered,
For some He has set free
But I KNOW we’ve all been redeemed by the blood of the lamb!
Redeemed, When by burden of Sin was high! Redeemed when my soul condemned to die Redeemed! For the price I could not pay! HALLEJUAH REDEEMED
I am redeemed, but not with silver I am bought, but not with gold Bought with a price, the blood of Jesus Precious price of love untold
Redemption Cometh! Praise the Lord, What a wonderful freedom, glory to His name! I’m out of the bondage and into God’s freedom! Redemption cometh, praise the Lord!
Redemption Cometh! Praise the Lord, What a wonderful freedom, glory to His name! I’m out of the bondage and into God’s freedom! Redemption cometh, praise the Lord!
What I like about this lame man, is after he was healed and delivered he went straight into the temple with Peter and John!
He entered the temple with Peter and John!
Movement 4
The same God of Abraham, Issac and Jacob is here that can heal this man’s lame condition.
Movement 4
In the same chapter of Acts in verse 13 it states that

The God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the God of our fathers, glorified His Servant Jesus

It is He that heal you!
It is He that heal you!
Movement 4
Movement 4
He knows that Jesus is the fulfillment of the prophesy. The Son of God!
He knows that Jesus is the fulfillment of the prophesy. The Son of God!
And compared to what God has done in the past, this is but a light thing for God!
Can any good thing come out of Nazareth?
With the name of Jesus Christ comes great Power from God in the name of Jesus Christ
Movement 4
Strength Received
The Church
Strength Received
In this case, It wasn’t just the words that Peter spoke that healed the man, but it was his actions behind what he spoke.
Scriptures says that, “He took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength.
Yes it is important to speak the Word of God. But in this case also the act is very necessary.
Peter spoke the Word that does not just inform but also performs and transforms.”
“Peter informed in verse 6, he performed in verse 7, and the lame man was transformed in verse 8.”
We must also be not just hearers of the Word, but doers also.
It is not good enough just to be hearers of the Word, because what benefit is it that we know it but don’t apply it.
At a certain point we have to move from the feel good messages and act by faith for the benefit of the church and more importantly for the benefit of the kingdom of God.
The Church
The Church
Verse 8 states that he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them!
He remembered what faith in God can do.
He remembered what faith in God can do.
Peter and John represents the church, and the lame man represents the world who does not know Christ.
He remembered what faith in God can do.
Now as I look and analyze the text, Peter and John represents the church.
The ability to heal, deliver and set free is given by the power of God if we exercise faith in Him.
And in His name, and by the power of His Word speaking through them.
Peter and John represents the church, and the lame man represents the world who does not know Christ.
Jesus has given us the power of the Holy Ghost to those who believe and He has given us His name that is above every name!
Jesus has given us the power of the Holy Ghost to those who believe and He has given us His name that is above every name!
“the Word that does not just inform but also performs and transforms.”
Peter and John represents the church, and the lame man represents the world who does not know Christ.
The same power that rose Jesus from the dead is the same power that lives within us… only if we believe.
As the church pushes forward in this season of revival and evangelism, know that we have the Lord God Almighty with us.
And If God be for us, who can be against us!
As the church we must spread the Gospel of Jesus far and wide.
“the Church, with the authority to preach and teach in Jesus’ Name,”
“So the Church does not just stand in a pulpit and preach, stretches out her a hand and touches us.”
Peter’s faith in God healed a man that had been physically bound for all his life.
Peter’s faith in God healed a man that had been physically bound for all his life.
“And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.”
It was Peter’s faith in God that healed this lame man who had been physically bound all his life. Without God on Peter’s side, Peter would be rendered powerless in his attempt to heal this man. Peter says, “What I have, I give to you.” What Peter had was faith in God… and that faith in God can heal this man.
The Church is more than a social gathering.
This same power of God is extended to us who have faith in God! As the church pushes forward in this season of revival and evangelism, know that we have the Lord God with us. We have to exercise faith in God, men can be heal, delivered and set free. Having faith in God can produce the miracles signs and wonders. All through the book of Acts we see what faith in God.
This constitutes as a miracle, because you can’t even explain it.
“And His name, through faith in His name, has made this man strong, whom you see and know. Yes, the faith which comes through Him has given him this perfect soundness in the presence of you all.”
Without God on Peter’s side, Peter would be rendered powerless in his attempt to heal this man.
Peter says, “What I have, I give to you.”
What Peter had was faith in God… and that faith in God can heal this man.
Faith in God can heal, Faith in God can deliver, Faith in God can turn situations around for the better. And because of faith in God… it was the lame man’s hour of healing and deliverance!
Faith in God can deliver,
The New King James Version. (1982). (). Nashville: Thomas Nelson.
Faith in God can turn situations around for the better.
This same power of God is extended to us who have faith in God! As the church pushes forward in this season of revival and evangelism, know that we have the Lord God with us. And because of faith in God… it was the lame man’s hour of healing and deliverance!
“What I have, I give to you.”
This constitutes as a miracle, because you can’t even explain it.
This was the lame man’s hour of healing, and deliverance!
This was the lame man’s hour of healing, and deliverance!
This was the lame man’s hour of healing, and deliverance!

The Church is more than a social gathering.
Faith in God can deliver,

God has blessed us richly! Indeed we have faith in God and we also have gifts from God the Father to continue to build the kingdom of God.

We have saints who can preach, sing, pray, speak in Spanish, skillful with their hands, hospitality.. all gifts that can help build God’s church.
We have intelligent people and the house of God. Now there is nothing wrong with using your intelligence in the house of God.
The problem is that when we use are intelligence to trump our ideas to move the church forward.
It is easy to use our intelligence say why we cannot do something as a church.
The challenge would be to use our intelligence to figure out a way to get it done.
Intelligence to make those hard decisions as a church, even when it may be an unpopular decision.
What prevents the body of christ from moving forward is self-doubt, a mindset that says we cant...
It is easy to use our intelligence say why we cannot do something as a church.
The Lord has given us resources…
The challenge would be to use our intelligence to figure out a way to get it done.

We must go after the lost, rescue the perishing, care for the dying! Jesus is merciful, Jesus will save.
Spread the Gospel far and wide.

There are men and women with various conditions all around us that need that there is a God in Israel that can heal, deliver and set free.
As the church pushes forward in evangelism and revival, there are going to be obstacles in our way.
As the church pushes forward in evangelism and revival, there are going to be obstacles in our way.
As the church pushes forward in evangelism and revival, there are going to be obstacles in our way.
Whatever the issue or condition is God can turn it around!
There are conditions that we will come up against.
All satan comes to do is kill, steal and destroy.
There are conditions that we will come up against.
but Christ as come that we may have life and have it more abundantly.
but Christ as come that we may have life and have it more abundantly, that we may multiply what was given to us.
As the church is moving forward, expanding the gates of hell shall not prevail.
As the church is moving forward, the gates of hell shall not prevail.
As the church is moving forward, expanding the gates of hell shall not prevail.
As the church is moving forward, expanding the gates of hell shall not prevail.

The gates of hell shall not prevail against the church!

The gates of hell shall not prevail against the church!
It is the gates of hell that keeps us confined.
It is the gates of hell that keeps us confined.
It is the gates of hell that keeps us confined.
will try to keep us in a corner.
will try to keep us in a corner.
will try to keep us in a corner.
The gates of hell shall not prevail against the church!
will try to keep our worship quiet
will try to keep our worship quiet
It will try to keep our worship quiet
will try to keep the church confused and limited.
will try to keep the church confused and limited.
will try to keep the church confused and limited.
It is the gates of hell that prevents us from moving forward!
The gates of hell wants us to stay right where we are and not move or expand.
The gates of hell wants to stop the spreading of the Gospel and put an end to the growth of the church!
The gates of hell Its what keeps us confined. It will try to keep us in a corner.
But the church will burst through the gates of hell
But the church will burst through the gates of hell
But the church will burst through the gates of hell
It will try to keep us in a corner.
It will try to keep our worship quiet.
It will try to keep our worship quiet.
It will try to keep the church confused and limited.
But the Church will burst through the gates of hell, for the spreading of the Gospel and for the growth of the church!
“The church is moving along, Jesus is leading the way. To a place we have never gone before. There are mountains to climb, there are valleys to cross but before us we can see an open door.”
Like a mighty army moves they church of God. Brothers and sisters we are treading where the saints have trod. We are not divided, all one body. One in hope and doctrine, one and charity.
