Why Listen? What to do when we don’t have what we need? Not luxury, but what you need to support yourself and family;
1. Famine - where there is evil, there is absence
Famine - where there is evil, there is absence
of God’s word, of basic necessities
Not problem solving; reliance on self; Are you listening to God? Is God’s Word absent from your life? How much need comes from overlooking God?
1 Kings 17:1 NIV
Now Elijah the Tishbite, from Tishbe in Gilead, said to Ahab, “As the Lord, the God of Israel, lives, whom I serve, there will be neither dew nor rain in the next few years except at my word.”

As long as there is evil, there will always be absence. Hunger related to human action. Not necessarily our hunger, but evil actions or inactions lead to famine.
