TRAINING OBJECTIVES FOR MAKING DISCIPLES

Assurance of Salvation

Example Objective: They will be able to confidently express to other people their own assurance of salvation based upon personal experience, and one or more promises from the Bible

Example Methods to help accomplish the objective:

Go over the Gospel message with the student until they understand

Ask them to tell you how they know they are a Christian

Observe them as they share their faith in conversation with others

etc.

Use Scripture as the foundation for all of the teaching/advice

Suggest books and/or other materials
