Today is moms day and we are here to celebrate the power and influence women have in our lives.

Even though the toddler was having a furious tantrum, his mom was unfazed.

My mother had just finished taking a CPR class at a local college when she and I were in the mall and saw a big crowd gathered around a still body.

Mom took off running at a speed I didn’t know she could muster, yelling, “Everyone back!

I know CPR!” Just as she threw herself next to the body and was about to begin, a pair of strong hands pulled her to her feet.

“Ma’am,” said a police officer beside her, “we are trying to arrest this man.”

A guy shopping in a supermarket noticed a little old lady following him around.

If he stopped, she stopped.

Furthermore she kept staring at him.

She finally overtook him at the checkout, and she turned to him and said, "I hope I haven't made you feel ill at ease; it's just that you look so much like my late son."

He answered, "That's okay."

"I know it's silly, but if you'd call out "Goodbye, Mom" as I leave the store, it would make me feel so happy."

She then went through the checkout ... and as she was on her way out of the store, the man called out, "Goodbye, Mother."

The little old lady waved and smiled back at him.

Pleased that he had brought a little sunshine into someone's day, he went to pay for his groceries.

"That comes to $121.85," said the clerk.

"How come so much?

I only bought 5 items.." The clerk replied, "Yeah, but your Mother said you'd pay for her things, too."

She finally overtook him at the checkout, and she turned to him and said, "I hope I haven't made you feel ill at ease; it's just that you look so much like my late son."

One day, a little girl is sitting and watching her mother do the dishes at the kitchen sink.

She suddenly notices that her mother has several strands of white hair sticking out in contrast to her brunette hair.

She looks at her mother and inquisitively asks, "Why are some of your hairs white, Mom?" Her mother replied "Well, every time that you do something wrong and make me cry or unhappy, one of my hairs turns white."

The little girl thought about this revelation for a while and then asked, "Momma, how come all of grandma's hairs are white?"

everybody has a mom, whether it was a good relationship or bad evey one has one,

pause and say sometimes its hard on mothers day, you’ve either had one pass or it wasn’t a good relationship, or someone may have never been able to be a mom, let’s not forget in the celebration those who are having a hard time but to bring them along with us and celebrate them as incredible women who have impacted us for God’s glory

Pray god comfort those who are having a tough time today, let them know they are not alone and that you are with them through every step of life even now whereever they might be and what ever they are dealing with, in jesus name amen

there are some amazing women in the bible that had some hardships and i think we can learn from these women.

may God be the one who ever gets the credit for the good things he has don
