(MIT) Jesus is led to the Gentiles for trial and He takes the place of a rebel.

(MIS) Jesus is the substitute sacrifice we need to be made right with God.

Jesus is accused by the Sanhedrin v1

Jesus is handed over to the Gentiles v2-4

Jesus is silent before Pilate v5

#2 The King was assigned your status

Jesus is traded for a rebel v6-10

Becomes sin for us

Jesus is condemned by the crowd v11-14

Jesus submits to God’s will

#3 The King was abused for your sin

Jesus beaten for our sin v15

Jesus is mocked as a result of our sin v16-20
