God has promises that we as Christians need to take hold of. Just as Jabez prayed in 1 Chronicles 4:10, “Oh that you would bless me and enlarge my border, and that your hand might be with me, and that you would keep me from harm[a] so that it might not bring me pain!” God granted his request and he will grant our requests as we cry out to Him. The Lord blesses us so that we can be a blessing.
