What is an expectation?

a strong belief that something will happen or be the case in the future.

: 46-

Luke 1:46–49 NKJV

46 And Mary said: “My soul magnifies the Lord, 47 And my spirit has rejoiced in God my Savior. 48 For He has regarded the lowly state of His maidservant; For behold, henceforth all generations will call me blessed. 49 For He who is mighty has done great things for me, And holy is His name.

get you HAS DONE (expect something to happen)

we have to have a a “ HAS DONE” “ POIEO” kind of an expectation

Mary dose not know technically if she is really pregnant yet, here she is say God has caused it to be.

What is your “ HAS DONE”! What are you believing God for you.

when you fail to plan you plan to fail.

Expect More Then You Bargained For

The gossip of Luke was written somewhere around A.D. 60. So when they asked Mary what happened this is what she told them.

why didn’t she say A great thing

God not only wants to meat your expectations; he wants to exceed them.

Be in The Expected Place

Luke 2:4–5 NKJV

4 Joseph also went up from Galilee, out of the city of Nazareth, into Judea, to the city of David, which is called Bethlehem, because he was of the house and lineage of David, 5 to be registered with Mary, his betrothed wife, who was with child.

You need to be in the right place when your expecting something. Joseph took his family to be registered @ Bethlehem, it was where he was expected to be.
