Intro
Christians can seem pretty arrogant some times. They have the only real truth? They have the only true answer? They have what millions and billions of others do not, or have missed? Boy is that arrogant of us!!
To say that the Bible is the only book

this seems intolerant
this seems arrogant
this seems improbable
This seems small minded

Prayer
God as we gather here today I pray that you would give insight and understanding to us. Jesus said in that if we “ask anything of the Father in Jesus name He will give it to us” but this can only be true if Jesus was telling the truth about who He was, is, and will forever be. I believe that you Jesus are the only begotten Son of the one true God, fully God and yet fully man, that you are the first and the last and that all creation will bow at your feet. That you in your love for us took on flesh to suffer and die in our place, to take on sin and its punishment without being guilty yourself, so that we might be reconciled to God the Father by your sacrifice. I believe that you are the way the truth and the life and that no-one comes to the Father except through you. We ask you to make that plane to all who hear this message today. Amen!

The exclusivity of the gospel should not make us shrink from sharing it rather it should drive us to deliver it!

God our Father in heaven, holy be your name your kingdom come your will be done on earth as it is in heaven give us today our daily bread and lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil.
This gospel, the gospel, the only gospel gives us hope, purpose, and power!
