Lord, God, God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, our God forever and ever; help us now by the sacred Spirit, to approach You rightly, with deepest reverence, but not with deathly fear; with the holiest boldness, but not with presumption. Oh teach us as children to speak to You, our Father, and yet, as creatures to bow before our Maker. Help us dear Lord to pray...
Oh Lord, grant to us true praise to You and deep thanksgiving that end in building and strengthening our faith in Christ. Savior, come and extend your kingdom over all or us, sway your sceptre over all hearts! Make us Your temple, and honor us by making us an instrument of good in Your hands! Lord, save us from pride and from spiritual laziness, our two great enemies; keep us, oh, keep and preserve us! Many times we are as erring sheep. It is in Your power that we trust, upon your strength we rely; we are less than nothing, so we pray that You hold us by Your own right hand!

O Lord, we do ask you to make us fit for heaven. We hope it is not long before we shall be there. We have sometimes had glimpses between the gates of pearl; we have had such foretastes of the “place prepared,” that sometimes we are in haste to be gone. Oh, go on most blessed Spirit, with Your patient work, until You shall have made us heavenly, and then we shall be caught up to the “heavenly places,” to see the face of our Beloved.
Lord as we separate and seek to live out Your Word, let us part with great thanksgiving, with all our hearts praying Your exceeding kindness, that out of Your good pleasure, You would hear and answer our prayers and drive the enemy of darkness away from us as we live out Your word this week. We pray that our faith in Christ would be strengthened and that You would guide our understandings and give us spiritual thoughts and lead us to rest in Christ alone, who lives and reigns forever, we pray this all through Jesus Christ our Lord, AMEN.
Lord our God, we thank you that we can gather together in this hour, to call on you, to bring everything that moves us before you, together to hear the joyful message of the world’s salvation, to glorify you.
Come to us now! Awaken us! Give us your light! Be our Teacher and Comforter! Speak to each of us, so that we may hear just what we need and what will help us!
Help us to be conscious of the reality that we are before You and we ask that You shut us in with Yourself.
Oh Father, we pray that You would grant Redeemer Church, the desires of our hearts this morning, that we might be conformed to Your perfect will, causing us to walk tenderly before You and yes, many times, walking with You broken in spirit because the more we see our lives and hearts, the more we lament as we see our unholiness and we find little nests of sin in areas we never dreamed of.
So Father, we pray and ask for cleansing. Cleanse us from our secret faults. Purge us and wash us, even as You, blessed Lord Jesus did was the feet of Your disciples, make us clean all over that we might be that holy nation, a royal priesthood, sanctified wholly and completely, and make us a church zealous for good works!
And so, be gracious to all others everywhere who have gathered together as your community! Preserve them and us by your Word! Protect them and us from hypocrisy, error, and distraction! Give them and us knowledge and hope, a clear witness, and joyful & renewed hearts, through Jesus Christ, our Lord. Amen.
Oh Father we ask that You guide Roselawn and abroad. Change their hearts with the new birth, visit us with true heavenly revival. Let light break into the midnight darkness of our surrounding communities, let the day dawn and Christ be glorified! We ask this all in His dear Name, dear to us and dear to Thee, oh our Father: and unto the Father, to the Son and to the Holy Spirit, be glory everlasting. We pray all this through Jesus Christ our Lord, and the church said, AMEN!
This morning’s blessings come from and .
Now, as you depart for prayer, Redeemer Church, Take His Yoke upon you and learn from Him for He is gentle and humble of heart that you might find in Him, rest for your souls.
Now, as you depart, Take His Yoke upon you and learn from Him for He is gentle and humble of heart that you might find in Him, rest for your souls.
For he has said, I give My sheep eternal life and they shall never perish; no one can snatch them out of My hand.
God in the grace and power of the Lord Jesus.
