-sin = more general term for a deliberate offense

-iniquity = going astray

-Deceit = falsehood or even hypocrisy

3 terms for forgiveness:

forgiven (lit. lifted up) - burden gone

covered - hidden (covered)

Charge - to reckon or regard (legal term) as liable for punishment

The Physical manifestations for unconfessed sin

Not easy

Can finally rest

Not just a removal of the guilt of sin, but the legal liability of sin

Pray immediately (don’t wait!) - a time when you may be found

Conclusion:

No matter what you’ve done, you can receive forgiveness. The only question is whether or not you will come to Christ to receive it. God loves you. He died for you. Learn to come to Him and be clean.
