BUT WHEN ITS ORDAINED BY GOD IT BRINGS IT HAVE THE COMFORT IN KNOWING THAT HE HAS HIS STAMP OF APPROVAL ON IT which is His SPIRIT and His POWER!!!!! Thats why Isaiah said that The Spirit of the Lord GOD is upon me, Because the LORD has anointed me To bring good news to the afflicted; He has sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to captives And freedom to prisoners; To proclaim the favorable year of the LORD And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn....
That’s why Luke was able to utter the same words that: "THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD IS UPON ME, BECAUSE HE ANOINTED ME TO PREACH THE GOSPEL TO THE POOR. HE HAS SENT ME TO PROCLAIM RELEASE TO THE CAPTIVES, AND RECOVERY OF SIGHT TO THE BLIND, TO SET FREE THOSE WHO ARE OPPRESSED, TO PROCLAIM THE FAVORABLE YEAR OF THE LORD."

The task is for every believer to be witnesses of God. Their is now no reason for man to live in the bondage of sin and go to hell if the believe is operating in their God given task of “WITNESSING FOR CHRIST” . Witnessing to Christ is the greatest task of the believer.
THE WITNESS in the greek is martures which is the same word as Martyr = The believer is to be so committed to reaching men that he is ready to die as a martyr if need be.
In this text witnessing is not used as a command but it is the natural result of the Holy Spirit. It means that a believer possess both the Holy Spirit and power in their life and by nature becomes a believer.

The believer is to follow in his witness and spread the Gospel , We are to witness where he is (Jerusalem), and move progressively outward (Judea and Samaria) until one has a part in reaching the utter most parts of the earth.
JERUSALEM -Where we live, our community
ALL JUDEA - Other communities areas and cities and states.
SAMARIA - Not just other states but provinces where people are antagonistic. There was bitter hatred between Jews and samaritans yet Christ tells his disciples to carry the message even to their enemy.
Uttermost parts of the EARTH - unknown countries and regions of the world.
