These are pretty simple definitions of Faith because faith can be a simple subject.

Saving Faith
Let’s look at Saving Faith
Saving faith is that faith that believes in the Son of God and in the promises of God.
Saving Faith is a gift also but it isn’t the same as the gift of Faith Paul mentions in his letter to Corinth.
How can we grow in our faith?
We can grow in our saving faith by spending time in Gods word and in prayer.
As we grow in our wisdom and knowledge of who God is we will grow in our confidence of God’s love for us.
Not all Faith is Equal

Jesus only mentioned Great Faith these two times during His entire ministry.
Neither of these people were the chosen people of God, much less keepers of the Law.
This means that we can’t earn our faith by being religious.
Faith is a gift.
We receive a gift by having a right relationship with the giver.
