“DON’T STOP TELLING THE STORY!”
Deuteronomy 6:20-25
I. WHEN
“When” In our day may be if. We have lost our will and desire for communication across the generations but God does not expect us to let the story die.
Redemption is an everlasting story. Good for and through every generation.
What doe sit mean?
Will not be satisfied with trite answers like “Because I said so”
We have to be prepared. It is encumbered on us to know the story.
Christianity is in reality a quest for meaning. This same want resides in every generation
II. WHY
Why do not have an adequate answer for why?
Because there was a time…
Why are you so excited about two black coaches Because there was a time. “They don’t have the capacity for it”
You have been brought out to be brought in
Because God has something better for you than the days of your suffering.
III. SO WHAT
