2 Corinthians 4:8–10 ESV
8 We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; 9 persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed; 10 always carrying in the body the death of Jesus, so that the life of Jesus may also be manifested in our bodies.
Matthew 26:38–39 ESV
38 Then he said to them, “My soul is very sorrowful, even to death; remain here, and watch with me.” 39 And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”

Submitting to Preach when you won’t to
Caring when you don’t want to care
Staying where you don’t want to stay
Speaking to those you don’t want to speak to
Burying who you wish was still alive

Matthew 26:26 ESV
26 Now as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and after blessing it broke it and gave it to the disciples, and said, “Take, eat; this is my body.”
The Garden was only about a mile away...
What He spoke in the Garden, he was Felling at the Table.
Don’t Bring your Garden Emotions to the Assignment Table

He Remains Humble in His High Place

There is a short distance from Confidence to Crisis

He Accepted… What God Wouldn’t Change!

Matthew 26:39 ESV
39 And going a little farther he fell on his face and prayed, saying, “My Father, if it be possible, let this cup pass from me; nevertheless, not as I will, but as you will.”
It’s not a Curse… It’s a Compliment!

He’s Keeping Me
