14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, raised his voice and said to them, “Men of Judea and all who dwell in Jerusalem, let this be known to you, and heed my words. 15 For these are not drunk, as you suppose, since it is only the third hour of the day. 16 But this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel:
17 ‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God,
That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh;
Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy,
Your young men shall see visions,
Your old men shall dream dreams.
18 And on My menservants and on My maidservants
I will pour out My Spirit in those days;
And they shall prophesy.
19 I will show wonders in heaven above
And signs in the earth beneath:
Blood and fire and vapor of smoke.
20 The sun shall be turned into darkness,
And the moon into blood,
Before the coming of the great and awesome day of the Lord.
21 And it shall come to pass
That whoever calls on the name of the Lord
Shall be saved.’

The Church was Born and empowered on the day of Pentecost.
The Church in the west seems to have made itself into a Christian service organization. I mean most Christians think that the church is there to serve them, to a degree it is. we are also here to serve God and the world.
Thinking that our spirituality is ours and ours alone was a Problem For Isreal and is a problem for us today.
when all our blessings are about us we are missing the Point!
when I look at Church for what I get out of it, I am not looking at what I’m putting into it, then I’m missing the Point.
the Fulfillment of Prophecy was part of the preaching of the early Church.
Peter is telling the Inhabitance of Jerusalem, they are witnessing the full fulfillment of Prophecy.
when we have waited Generational for something to happen and it waited we might disconnect from our understanding of what the blessing is for.

I believe that God intended Isreal to minister to the world.
I know the Church is called to Minister to the world.
the question each Christian has to answers is, “ will I take responsibility for my part in the Mission?”

God can do what he wants with your inexperience.

God wants to use you to do things for His glory regardless of what it looks like in the natural.
