(Nathan, Carter, walking mom down to dad who is wait near pastor Joel)
CONSENT.
Nathan and Carter.
I’ll ask, “Who presents this woman to marry this man?” You’ll answer, “We do!”. Then take your seats.
NATE and MISSY.
Stand side-by-side facing me but don’t join hands yet.
PRAYER
SCRIPTURE READING/SERMON
NATE and MISSY
You may now join hands and step forward and face each other for the exchange of your vows before God and the exchange of rings. (I’ll remind you guys by giving direction)
VOWS.
NATE repeats first followed by Missy.
RINGS.
(Prayer)
NATE and Missy, I’ll ask, “What symbol do you give to one another to express your love?” Just say, “A Ring.”
You’ll both place the ring on each others fingers (Nate to Missy then Missy to Nate), join hands and you guys will both repeat after me to each other at the same time.
THEN, just enjoy the moment as the ceremony wraps up…and at the appointed time, NATE, you’ll kiss your bride!!!
