Russell Rebello was the last victim to retreived from the doomed Costa Concodria three years after the ship sank.
Russel, a 33-year-old cruise waiter from India.
The married father-of-two had started working on the ship just a few months before the horrific event.
Witnesses said that while the captain abandoned ship, Rebello, stayed on, to help other passengers to safety and even gave up his only lifejacket.

The massive cruise ship, the Costa Concordia, with more than 4,200 passengers and crew was sailing off the coast of Italy on a tour of the Mediterranean Sea.
The captain deviated from his planned course to give the passengers a closer look of the coast and, all of a sudden, the ship struck a reef near the shore.
