We Cannot Avoid Conflict But . . .

The Source of Conflict

Some differences are just     NATURAL         

        Different Opinions

        Convictions

        Desires

        Perspectives

        Priorities

This can create:

        Productive Dialogue

        Creativity

        Helpful Change

        A life more interesting

Other differences are just   PLAIN SINFUL         

        Mainly, our selfishness

            Pushing our agenda

            Competition

            Sinful attitudes/habits

The Responses to Conflict

What response should we be committed to?

        PEACEMAKING

What two responses should we avoid?

        PEACE FAKING

        PEACE BREAKING

The Opportunity of Conflict

To Glorify God by . . .

                 1.  Trusting Him

                 2.  Obeying Him

                 3.  Imitating Him

                 4.  Acknowledging Him
