Our World
Our World
Look at the chaos our world is in
Naturally
Ideologically
Philosophically
Everything can’t be right with all that is wrong in our world.
If everything was right then we should have more peace in our world
Families should whole
Lives shouldn’t be broken
Instead of getting better, our world has grown worse. And it does so day by day.
Look at what the norms were when you were a kid.
Look at how much they have changed.
Why have they changed?
Things change, not because of time in and of itself, but because man is constantly changing in his ideal of “a better way” or an “ideal way.
If you live your life according to what your fellow man says is right, by his own ideas, your life will never be stable, complete, fulfilled.
But if you live your life according to what our Creator says is right, our lives become complete, fulfilled, stable.
My own testimony.
Jesus says that there is a difference between being born and living according to our human nature and being born of The Divine Nature of our Creator.
Initially we were born into this life because our parents came together and nature took place.
Many of us can see how broken the lives of our human family have been; abuse, physically, emotionally, sexually, psychologically.
Absent parents, present but bad parents.
Our own selves striving to be good parents with few parenting skills.
This is the human family that we’re born into.
Jesus says, as we learned previously, that we need to be Born Again to be a part of our Creator’s family.
We broke down the steps that needed to be taken to enter that family.
Now we will explore the benefits of those steps.
There was a man of the Pharisees named Nicodemus, a ruler of the Jews. This man came to Jesus by night and said to Him, “Rabbi, we know that You are a teacher come from God; for no one can do these signs that You do unless God is with him.”
Jesus answered and said to him, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.”
Nicodemus said to Him, “How can a man be born when he is old? Can he enter a second time into his mother’s womb and be born?”
Jesus answered, “Most assuredly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God. That which is born of the flesh is flesh, and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. Do not marvel that I said to you, ‘You must be born again.’ The wind blows where it wishes, and you hear the sound of it, but cannot tell where it comes from and where it goes. So is everyone who is born of the Spirit.”
Jesus said that there are two main aspects of being Born Again, that of water and that of The Holy Spirit/Ghost.
