WHAT IS STRESSED?

Stress is the body’s physical, mental, and emotional response to a demand, which is called a stressor. Some amount of stress is useful, but too much is harmful.

STRESS TYPES

NEGATIVE STRESS
📷Positive stress can result from job promotion.
POSITIVE STRESS
📷Light stress can result from running from the rain.
LIGHT STRESS

📷Severe stress can result from an illness like cancer.
