The “pursuit of happiness” is so central to human drives. that it has even been written into (United States Declaration of Independence.) "Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness"

the word “happy” can also be translated as “blessed.”

HAPPY
These two felicitous states of human beings are intimately laced together. They are at times impossible to differentiate in some biblical passages
the Lord blesses the happy person and the person blessed by the Lord is happy.

EVERYONE WHO FEARS THE LORD

HAPPY IS ANYONE WHO FEARS THE LORD NOTICE THAT THIS DOESN'T REQUIRE MATERIAL THINGS, HIGH SOCIAL STATUS OR SPECTACULAR SUCCESS.

WALKS IN HIS WAYS

The fear of God is connected to conduct; the blessed person reveres God in belief and conduct.

The biblical texts often parallel the fear of God with obedience. For example, in Gen 22:12, God recognizes Abraham’s obedience to sacrifice Isaac as fear of Him.

SOCIAL RELATIONS  Therefore you shall not oppress one another, but you shall fear your God; for I am the LORD your God.
BEING FAITHFUL AND LOYAL () So now: Fear GOD. Worship him in total commitment. Get rid of the gods your ancestors worshiped on the far side of The River (the Euphrates) and in Egypt.

The blessedness and happiness of the person of God is one who advances in understanding and in the ways of God, turning neither to the right or the left.( THOSE WHO FEAR THE LORD)
