Can we be justified by the law of Moses? No
Paul spoke these words while speaking to the Jews in Antioch.
He’s proclaiming Christ risen from the dead.
And says that it’s only through Jesus that anyone can be forgiven of their sins and freed from everything that the law of Moses was unable to free them from.
11 Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.” 12 But the law is not of faith, rather “The one who does them shall live by them.” 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—
10 For all who rely on works of the law are under a curse; for it is written, “Cursed be everyone who does not abide by all things written in the Book of the Law, and do them.” 11 Now it is evident that no one is justified before God by the law, for “The righteous shall live by faith.” 12 But the law is not of faith, rather “The one who does them shall live by them.” 13 Christ redeemed us from the curse of the law by becoming a curse for us—for it is written, “Cursed is everyone who is hanged on a tree”—

It’s important to note that these answers were considered by Paul to be fundamental to our faith.

in v. 6 he essentially tells them not to let the same thing that happened to the Galatians happen to them. Watch out for those who would bewitch you.

The third stanza of Horatio Spafford’s hymn “It Is Well with My Soul” beautifully captures the point of the verse:
My sin, oh, the bliss of this glorious thought!
My sin, not in part but the whole,
Is nailed to the cross, and I bear it no more,
Praise the Lord, praise the Lord, O my soul!
37 And over his head they put the charge against him, which read, “This is Jesus, the King of the Jews.”
It seems to me that tells us what we already know, that whatever ridiculous charge man may have nailed to the cross, the real charge nailed to the cross was our sins as laid out against us by the Law.

What did Jesus abolish in his flesh? The law of commandments
23 Now before faith came, we were held captive under the law, imprisoned until the coming faith would be revealed. 24 So then, the law was our guardian until Christ came, in order that we might be justified by faith. 25 But now that faith has come, we are no longer under a guardian,
Now that faith has come, are we under the law of Moses? No
18 But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.
But that doesn’t mean that we aren’t under any law.
2 Bear one another’s burdens, and so fulfill the law of Christ.
4 Likewise, my brothers, you also have died to the law through the body of Christ, so that you may belong to another, to him who has been raised from the dead, in order that we may bear fruit for God.
Paul says, “ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ.”
Or in the ESV: “you also have died to the law through the body of Christ.”
6 But now we are released from the law, having died to that which held us captive, so that we serve in the new way of the Spirit and not in the old way of the written code.
Paul says, “now we are released from the law.”
Is the New Testament the law spiritually binding today? Yes

Summary
The teaching of Jesus was from God.
Jesus received all authority from God:
In Heaven and on Earth;
Over all flesh;
Over the church.
We will be judged by the teachings of Jesus.
The Apostles were inspired by the Holy Spirit in what they taught and wrote.
The inspired word is our only guide in religion.
We must not add to, or take away from God’s word.
The New Testament is the law which we are under and by which we will be judged.
