Peace of mind is often hampered by busyness. Cluttered thoughts rob people of serenity. When their attention is distracted, they lose patience and faith. (Sound Familiar?)

We must look to God. People and possessions must be kept in proper perspective. Looking to Jesus increases our faith.

Too many sounds, to many conversations, radio, and TV, technology, these all exhaust our spiritual reserves.

We need to hear more from God. He speaks through His Word, prayer, sacred music, Christian fellowship and His Holy Spirit.

People talk about everything—the weather, politics, cars, news. But how much do they say for God? Last week, did you use the name of God in any conversation?

Some mimic other people, celebrities, athletes or other well-known individuals. I guess we should “Mimic” God our Father instead.

Let us be more like Jesus, our greatest example. His love and mercy for us is perfect. Our faith grows as we follow Him.
