Adoration.

O let us from ADORE God the Father, God the Son, and God the Spirit eternal, without bottom or a shore. PRAISE the One that
PRAISE Him that He’s put us among His children, accepts us as righteous (through Christ), He takes delight in us as if we’re perfectly holy. PRAISE Him for He has entrusted to us His honor, the crown jewel - the gospel!
Let us ADORE Him that makes us His spouse “forever” (,). Let’s GIVE GLORY to Jesus, the Son of God, who has abolished death and brought life and immortality to light through the gospel (), who’s blood is now a precious life giving stream, who provides pardon and life for our souls that were bound for destruction!

Confession.

Let us CONFESS that unless the Lord unmasks our sin we’ll never see the deformity in it and we also want to CONFESS that we don’t really hate, abhor, nor flee from our sin as we ought!
Let us CONFESS that our spiritual sight is foggy and so we don’t understand, appreciate, and adore Christ in the gospel as we ought.
Let’s CONFESS that when we confess our sins we do so as though we’re still under the covenant of works and not as we ought, to mourn over our sins against You - reconciled Father.
Let’s CONFESS that as heirs of the Kingdom we don’t always behave and act suitably. Let’s CONFESS that our speech and actions don’t always have the savor of heaven and that our manner of life don’t always look like the country to where we’re going! (Phil. 3:20)

Thanksgiving.

GIVE THANKS for the life that He has given to us, for preserving our strength and stamina that He has given us, for our senses to enjoy delights, for the full tables and overflowing cups, for our families, church families, neighbors, for the ability to serve others, for minds to love God and our fellow-man, for gospel opportunities, for the blessed hope and earnest expectation of see God clearly one day soon.
GIVE THANKS for God’s wisdom because when we were undone, with no will to return to Him, and no intellect to devise any recovery, He came, God-incarnate, to save us to the uttermost, as man to die our death, to shed satisfying blood on our behalf, to work out a perfect righteousness for us! Thank You Lord!

Supplication.

ASK God to increase our love for Him here in time, before we meet Him.
ASK God to enable you to recognize that you are indeed unto sin, so when it tempts, you would be deaf to its voice.
ASK God to enable you to walk as Christ walked, to live in the newness of His life, a life of faith and holiness.
ASK God to not let you idolize His blessings when they come, that He would close our hearts unto Himself.
ASK God to renew the hearts of the lost which is a mass of darkness, disorder, and confusion, however refined they may appear in the sight of others.… ASK God to save them as they are rambling through the world, like blind men, who will neither take a guide, nor can guide themselves and so they are falling over this and the other steep cliff, and eventually into destruction. (Eph. 2:1-22)
ASK God to let His victory over sin, death, and hell, and satan be displayed in our lives.
Ritzema, E., & Vince, E. (Eds.). (2013). 300 Quotations for Preachers from the Puritans. Bellingham, WA: Lexham Press.
ASK God to let His victory over sin, death, and hell, and satan be displayed in our lives.
ASK God to guide and assist in making us always devoted, confident, obedient, and even childlike in our trust of Him!
ASK God to enable us to love Him with soul, body, mind, and strength.
ASK God to enable us to master our tongues and keep the door of our lips. ()
ASK that God may fill us daily with His grace () and that our lives would be a fountain of sweet waters (Joel 3:18)!
