Colossians 4:2–6 NIV

Inviting someone to church is probably one of the hardest things to do as a follower of Jesus Christ, my hope is that with some of these tips applied to our life we can make it easier to do.

We tend to play the “what if” game focusing on the NEGATIVE things that COULD happen

You are not going to do anything in life that you feel that would bring you harm or course bad things to happen. so STOP FOCUSING ON THAT STUFF.

Paul was writing this letter to the church in Colosse. False teaching and conditioned to Gods word was being spread in the nation.
We must PRAY for direction from God, be on the LOOK OUT for people that needs Gods love, than GIVE THANKS for Him showing us!

Paul had physical chains on, but as leaders we have chains as well. We don’t see your friends all the time. I’m not on your social account all the time. I don’t live your life for you, so help in the areas that you can help me with.

we are called to be a light into the world. We are to re-present How God looks, acts, and loves
We are suppose to be re-presenting how God:

6 Be gracious in your speech. The goal is to bring out the best in others in a conversation, not put them down, not cut them out.

the focus does not have to be
what will bring out the best in the conversation. You know your friends, you know that they like or don’t like, you know what will offend and not offend them. Walk in Wisdom and let the conversation move in a positive direction.
