Sermon in a Sentence: The Bible is God’s road map to show us how to reach heaven and how to live on the way there.

                                                      Introduction

                        The first necessity of a map is that it be accurate.  The next most important thing is that it is detailed.  (2 Tim. 3:16,17)

I.                   The Bible Shows Us the Way to Heaven.

    (2 Tim. 3:15;Jn. 5:39;20:30,31;1 Cor. 15:3,4)

II.                The Bible Shows Us the Way to Live.

A.    How to Determine Right From Wrong.

(Exo. 20:1-17)

The commandments are not a way of salvation (Gal. 2:16) neither can we keep them in our own strength (Rom. 8:2,4).

B.     How to Decide What to Do with Your Life. (Rom. 12:1,2)
