Some of what He said was rather short but we can still learn much from these statements and the surrounding context

Lessons We Learn

Jesus did the will of the Father

Jesus was about His Father’s business from a young age ()

“sons of God” (; ; )

And so must we (; )

Jesus glorified His Father by doing His will ()

“heir of God through Christ” ()

We do the same when we do His will (; ; )

“children of God” ()

Jesus is our perfect example

There are lots of examples in the Bible ()

But there is only one Jesus ()

It’s all about Jesus

Jesus finished what He started

Jesus’ mission was to seek and to the save the lost ()

Jesus accomplished this through preaching ()

We start out as babes in Christ ()

We begin running the Christian race but only those that finish receive the prize ()

Jesus endured the cross and finished what He started ()

Jesus finished what He started and so must we ()
