15 He hath made the earth by his power, He hath established the world by his wisdom, And hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding. 16 When he uttereth his voice, there is a multitude of waters in the heavens; And he causeth the vapours to ascend from the ends of the earth: He maketh lightnings with rain, And bringeth forth the wind out of his treasures. 17 Every man is brutish by his knowledge; Every founder is confounded by the graven image: For his molten image is falsehood, and there is no breath in them.

15 “It is he who made the earth by his power, who established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding stretched out the heavens. 16 When he utters his voice there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he makes the mist rise from the ends of the earth. He makes lightning for the rain, and he brings forth the wind from his storehouses.
God made the earth
He made the earth by His power
He established the World by His Wisdom
By His understanding He strched out the Heavens
1 In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
The litteral rendering of this passage is
beginning-What was first
Created-To Bring into existence
God-the mighty one (elohim)
Heavens-the region above the earth
earth-the earh
His Power
How do we see God’s Power
Through Creation (He Created out of nothing)
He Brought Isriel out of Egypt
He led His People through the wilderness
His redemptive Plan
The reserection of all saints.
His Wisdom (He hath established the world by his wisdom)
There is no end to the Wisdom of God
33 O the depth of the riches both of the wisdom and knowledge of God! how unsearchable are his judgments, and his ways past finding out!
20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: For wisdom and might are his:
13 With him is wisdom and strength, He hath counsel and understanding.
We have a God that Knows all and Has all widsom
His Understanding (hath stretched out the heaven by his understanding.)
Got created the heavens
He created galexy upon galexy
planet upon planet
even some we don’t know about
His Voice

His Voice
God’s voice has complete control over nature.
God controlls the thudnerstoms
he causes the lightning, the wind and the rain
We see God’s control over weather throughout scripture
In Jonah
27 And the men marveled, saying, “What sort of man is this, that even winds and sea obey him?”
26 And he saith unto them, Why are ye fearful, O ye of little faith? Then he arose, and rebuked the winds and the sea; and there was a great calm. 27 But the men marvelled, saying, What manner of man is this, that even the winds and the sea obey him!

17 Everyone is stupid and ignorant. Every goldsmith is put to shame by his carved image, for his cast images are a lie; there is no breath in them.
so you can understand the language here let me reat the Christian Standard Version
17 Everyone is stupid and ignorant. Every goldsmith is put to shame by his carved image, for his cast images are a lie; there is no breath in them.
Compared to God every man is stupid and ignorent.
The goldsmith who makes beutiful carved images is put to shame because of the wonder of God
Our God is full of wisdom and understanding
Are you serving him today?
