Introduction:
· Won’t it be awesome to see the future
· If you knew how people use cell phones today
· Get smart image
· Well guess what we can’t can we.
· We don’t know the future is nor can we control it
· Let us dive into some theology
· God is omnipresent – All places at all times
· God created time and is timeless
· Someone described it like a parade
· We see what is in front of us – each float each band etc
· But imagine God in a helicopter. He can see the whole parade at once.
· The second term is the omniscience of God
o This means God knows everything
· That brings us to the promises God has made about our future
1. God is everywhere and God knows everything…

a. God is never surprised
i. You don’t seek up on God
ii. God never says wow I didn’t see that coming
iii. (NLT) — 16 You saw me before I was born. Every day of my life was recorded in your book. Every moment was laid out before a single day had passed. 17 How precious are your thoughts about me, O God. They cannot be numbered!
b. This is way abortion is sin
i. It short circuits God’s plan
ii. God’s plan for your life doesn’t start the moment you take your first breath.
iii. Your life began when God thought you up.
c. God knows everything about you – (And still loves you)
i. We can’t hide
ii. I often say we have a secret sin

iv. But also sees your struggle.
v. This is why we need to let go and let God

ii. Satan has bad plans – did you know he lies
b. Love this verse
i. (NIV) — 11 For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.
ii. Pick this apart
iii. I know – God knows everything
iv. Plans – He has a plan
v. Prosper – I like that one – everything you have is by God’s grace – be grateful
vi. Not to harm you – God is good!!!
vii. Plans of hope – When the night comes
viii. Plans for a future – It’s always good
c. Did you know God doesn’t force you to follow his plan?
i. We have a choice
ii. Unfortunately, most people make the wrong choices
iii. Many people a wandering around trying to find some purpose and meaning in life

a. God has a good plan
i. But you must choose that plan
ii. That requires trust
iii. (NLT) — 19 “Today I have given you the choice between life and death, between blessings and curses. Now I call on heaven and earth to witness the choice you make. Oh, that you would choose life, so that you and your descendants might live!
iv. All of creation is a witness to your choices
v. And the choices we make affect the next generation
vi. Trust and obey for there is no other way to happy in Jesus

ii. However, God will be with me every step of the way
b. How do I know that?
i. Because in the Bible, one of the most repeated promises of God is this...
ii. "You're not going to be alone.
iii. I will never leave you.
iv. I will never forsake you.
v. I will never abandon you.
vi. (The Living Bible) — 5 Stay away from the love of money; be satisfied with what you have. For God has said, “I will never, never fail you nor forsake you.”
c. We struggle to believe this
i. We put our human interactions on same level as our interactions with God
ii. People to do what?
iii. Disappoint – frustrate – aggravate – irritate
iv. I would love being a pastor if it wasn’t for people
v. I don’t work well with others
d. You have to trust God.
i. You have to believe his promises
ii. God knows everything and still loves you
iii. God has a plan that is good
iv. I must choose to trust and obey God
v. God is always with me
vi. The obstacle you are facing? God is already there and has it worked out.
