Camping Out!
Camping Out!
There is nothing like camping out. Its a chance to get back to the basics. Our basic needs and bring only what we have to! No extras.
The Israelites did a lot of camping for about 40 years so its in our christian legacy to camp out.
At the command of the Lord the children of Israel would journey, and at the command of the Lord they would camp; as long as the cloud stayed above the tabernacle they remained encamped.
Numb
We leave the comfort of our home, Find a beautiful place in nature
I know not everyone enjoys camping out but here is a verse to help you.
I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
What camping to me really is is getting back to the basics.
In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.
God created all this beauty
We rejected God and His instruction
for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God,
We Need His help today
Confess your trespasses to one another, and pray for one another, that you may be healed. The effective, fervent prayer of a righteous man avails much.
God loves us!
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
For by grace you have been saved through faith, and that not of yourselves; it is the gift of God, not of works, lest anyone should boast.
If we seek Him first we will lack nothing
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you.
Fear not, for I am with you;
Be not dismayed, for I am your God.
I will strengthen you,
Yes, I will help you,
I will uphold you with My righteous right hand.’
And setup camp
you take only what you need.
The smell
The sights
The bonding around fire place
The relationship
The enjoying of the water, hikes etc...
Its work but totally worth it.
And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God.
