this is a different Greek word in verse 14 and 15. the word that is translated into transgressions is Sin. in verse 12 its debt.

Remember this is a daily thing we should do. this is the blueprint or the framework for every prayer. asking for that clean slate with the Father.

just being in our flesh means we need a daily renewal of the inner person

If you get angry or have bitterness towards a person or act in a malicious way that gets charged to your account.

when you look at verse 28 the slave who was forgiven did not extend the same grace

he demanded that is fellow slave pay him back now! The King in this parable called him wicked!

so this is a commandment which means you have the ability to choose

when you don’t forgive others you also grieve the Holy Spirit

Holy Spirit is our helper
