Organization is the arrangement of people and resources to get a job done.

Many Pastors have to be good jugglers.

In order to help the church operate effectively, we must have an effective church structure.

The first characteristic of an effective ministry organization is the bible.

The second characteristic of this structure is that it be capable to solve its own problems.

The third characteristic of an effective ministry structure is that it operates at a high level of performance.

It must operate with a spirit of excellence.

The fourth characteristic is the structure’s ability to be flexible.

The fifth characteristic is the wide distribution of the heavy work load.

The sixth characteristic is that the structure is understandable.
