A Wise Marriage

1. The home is the foundational institution for establishing God’s Kingdom on earth.

• No place for ball and chain jokes in the church family. A cherished relationship that is a gift from God. (Recognizing that there are those relationships whose preservation is a greater ‘crime’ than their dissolution).

2. A wise spouse will praise his or her partner.

3. A wise spouse will love their spouse.

NAU Proverbs 30:21 Under three things the earth quakes, And under four, it cannot bear up: 22 Under a slave when he becomes king, And a fool when he is satisfied with food, 23 Under an unloved woman when she gets a husband, And a maidservant when she supplants her mistress.
