A Brick = foundation. You have to put that in first before you can build the rest of the house. You have to understand this before you can understand the rest of it.

Intro

In relationships today, it’s so difficult to keep quality friendships. At times we fail at being a good friend or knowing how to be a good friend and due to our lack of knowledge or experience, these relationships sink. Or, we just try to go it alone.
Well, instead of bouncing from ship to ship, I want us to learn what it would take for our relationships to be built to weather any storm and to set sail into deeper waters.
In saying so, we are going to see what the Bible has to say about relationships and get to work.

God has friends. Always has/Always will.

God’s friendship is called The Trinity and it’s so cool.
Trinity teaches us about God’s relation with Himself and us.
Therefore we should be serious about the relationship we carry with God.
God designed it that way from the beginning. God created everything to be enjoyed with Him.
The Garden of Eden, Heaven, Creation, Redeeming creation.

Why is this so important?

Because Jesus prayed for it in . Let’s check it out.
Read here.

One with the Father and Jesus and one with each other.
More specifically - keep them in your name* (What’s this mean?) Intimacy. Sharing the secret of Philip as my first name. YHWH was God’s name and it was an intense intimate secret.
This is the purpose =
John 17:20–21 ESV
20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word, 21 that they may all be one, just as you, Father, are in me, and I in you, that they also may be in us, so that the world may believe that you have sent me.
John 17:20 ESV
20 “I do not ask for these only, but also for those who will believe in me through their word,
John 17:
John 17
One with the Father and Jesus and one with each other so that the world will see our testimony for Jesus. We are not to separate and disengage from the world but rather to have an intentional relationship with it.
