Sales Success

A friend who attended this summer's SUCCESS Symposium in Anaheim told me this story the other day:

"I was in line at Starbucks and recognized Jeffrey Gitomer in front of me. He spoke at the event. I'd met him a few times over the years in the course of business, but didn't expect that he'd remember me.
