When God created us He gave us dominion.
The word dominion means "to become powerful” “To Plough” “Rule” “Travel” “Journey”
God has always used people to lead people!

God is looking for people who will hear the calling and say yes!

God created the garden for us to work and take care of.
God released Adam and Eve into the garden with freedom to name all the animals, to tend to the garden.
But the one thing God asked Him to do he failed.
But man failed!
Isn’t that the condition so many of us feel trapped in? we tried but we failed.
we are tempted to give up.
But God calls us to lead from a place of failure to victory!

everything that stands in the way of Victory must be torn down.
Leaders are called for this very task.

Now that we understand this its important to understand that there are several obstacles that we need to overcome.

Leaders must be good at repenting!
They tried to cover it instead of taking it to God.
We need courageous leaders who wont back down and hide their shame but who will bring it to God and see God do an amazing work.
Leaders must be willing to have the tough conversations.

Do I avoid conflict?
Sin Brought Pain: We try to hide our hurt and pain.
In the hope that if it is concealed no one will know and we fake it like all is good.

Leading will always produce pain.
How we respond to our pain determines if we overcome it or if we are overcome by it.
Leaders must forgive quickly and well.

There are different levels of leadership
