Why God Became Man?
Jesus is the only one who can meet out need, accomplish all of God’s sovereign purposes and save us from our sin.
God’s holiness exposes our sin.
Without God’s wrath, we could never experience His love.
When we talk about the Incarnation, We are talking about the “Word became flesh.”
When we talk about the Incarnation, We are talking about the “Word became flesh.”
If God allowed sin to continue without judgement, he wouldn’t be a very loving God. We cannot experience God’s love without understanding God’s wrath. (Genesis= the fall of man) (Noah and the ark) (The Judges)

Jesus accomplishes all of God’s sovereign purposes (Hebrews 1:1-4)

The question raises the question of just who it is that will save humans and establish GOd’s kingdom? Who is able to bear the sins of others, forgive the sins of others, and rule over the world in perfect obedience to God while simultaneously establishing the rule of God himself? Christ alone as God the Son Incarnate (Final statement leading into point three)
