I think a lot of times when we talked about this there's some misconceptions that what is it? Is it in our ability to speak or is it in God's ability to answer?

What is it like a lot of times when we think of prayer we we had this idea of if we pray for my question is why do we pray? Not you in the action of praying for why are you praying? What is the reasoning behind it? And that's what we're going to talk about in Jeremiah 33 and 3.
