The danger of losing sight of the mission...is at the heart of Paul's letter to Timothy and the church at Ephesus. So Paul begins with presenting the first priority of prayer as a prerequisite for all Church Life. God is not willing that any should perish. He desire all men to know Him and all men to come to a saving knowledge of Himself. This is what we are to be about.
